We ordered the martini tower which it's on the secret menu! Lol it was 10/10. The food was really good and the waiters were very attentive! We will definitely be going back!

On Friday November 7, 2025, my sister and brother in law invited me to have dinner with them. They decided to have dinner at an Italian Restaurant and chose VILLA D’AQUA, one of the many Restaurants participating in LONG ISLAND RESTAURANT WEEK. The tone for the night was set when we entered the beautifully decorated foyer and were greeted by the Maitre D who glittered in her black evening dress as the rhythmic music of the seventies played by the resident DJ, serenaded us. We ordered our First Course and cocktails which we thoroughly enjoyed . So here’s my secret; I do not frequent Italian restaurants as I am not a lover of most pasta selections nor do I like red or white sauces. So I was ecstatic when I realized that there were a few selections for me to choose from for my Main Course. My eyes kept focusing on the Chicken Scarpariello which was offering me potatoes, with my boneless chicken together with sausage, rosemary and hot cherry peppers. Did I enjoy my dinner, you ask? Well you are asking answers as it was past enjoyment. The potato and chicken came in generous portions and rested deliciously in a tasty sauce made even tastier with the sausage, hot cherry peppers and the hint of rosemary. I highly recommend VILLA D’AQUA: The ambience was festive and inviting; The employees were warm and welcoming; The service was fantastic; And the food was delectably delicious.

Never going back again made reservations expected to sit in the dining area and they put us in the back room which to me was more of a summer atmosphere. It was an indoor tent service was not great. Would not give it a second try!

This past summer I did not have a great experience. I chalked it up to being an extremely busy night (indoor and outdoor seating) and not enough staff. I went back last night and happy to say my experience was excellent. Attentive staff, no delays in bringing the food which was cooked well and brought to us. I'm very happy that we gave them another chance. We will be back!

This was my first time here. I made reservations for a Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away. Our waitress Nicole was amazing. The food was delicious. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.
We celebrated our 2-year anniversary here and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere and live music made it feel like we were eating at someone’s grandma’s house in Italy.
Our server, Paul, went above and beyond to take amazing care of us. We started with the stuffed mushrooms (delicious!), split a fresh Mediterranean salad, and shared the spicy penne alla vodka — every bite was fantastic. I paired it with a house wine that complemented the meal wonderfully.
To top it off, the staff surprised us with an Italian cheesecake on the house, and the entire restaurant started singing to us. We honestly felt like movie stars for the night.
10/10 experience — great food, great service, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

I recently dined at Villa D”aqua and was blown away by the amazing food and fantastic service.
The gracious and attentive staff enhance a great experience in a lovely setting with outside dining available and a water view as well.
The food choices are plentiful from traditional Italian including family recipes to contemporary dishes as well. Everything we ate from appetizers to dessert was outstanding.
Gigi and the entire staff make every customer feel welcome and special.
So highly recommend you check it for yourself !

I ordered my favorite pasta dish - Penne ala Vodka. It came in a yellow cheese sauce (Mac and cheese?) No flavor! Like Krafts Mac and Cheese! Very thin pasta - not penne!!! New chef? I did not return it because I had brought a guest and did not want to embarrass him. I will be telling friends about this very disappointing experience. Also slow service and an appetizer for $18.99 for grilled shrimp -2 shrimp!!!!!!!! Very disappointing experience.

Came here last night with my boyfriend for our 6 month anniversary! I got the penne alla vodka, it was fantastic! I’m not a seafood person but my boyfriend is and he got the calamari for his appetizer, if he says it was delicious then I’d definitely take his word for it even though I’m not a seafood eater. He had the chicken francese with the vegetables and he said it was delicious! We had a great experience at Villa D’Aqua, we definitely recommend it to everyone!
