Who ever owns this place really needs to put some TLC into this place and hire more staff!! You have only 2 people working on a Friday night that's ridiculous and on top of that people orders was being misplaced , Uber drivers leaving because of the wait , people calling in and them telling the customer that they don't have everything on the menu ..... I wouldn't even blame the workers because they was doing the best they can with 2 workers in a Friday night plus not having the food that's on the menu . One thing the other worker making the wings needs just to speed it up a bit he needs to work faster when they are almost 30 mins behind on orders. Also please make sure the walls get cleaned and the floor is mopped very sticky. The food I got was good no complaints about that.

Ordered online and items were missing. Called the store and they put me on “hold” all they did was just put the phone down. You could hear them in the back watching football screaming. After 15 minutes of being on “hold” when they realized they hung up the phone. When I went to the store cause calling clearly wasn’t an option the were just all in the front watching football. Solid job.

Ordered my boyfriend wings, he bit into one wing to find it black and appeared to be rotten. Called the restaurant to inform them. Was told “some of the chickens have really large blood vessels. We can take $5 off your next order.” There will be no next order!

Terribly ran establishment. Placed an order for pick up two hours prior to arrival time. Once I got there, no one greeted me. After 15 min…I finally got someone’s attention and I was told my order wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I asked for a refund and was told that they wouldn’t refund my money.

I've stopped patronizing this restaurant. When I first started going there the food was very good. The service was also good. Over the past several months, the quality of the food steadily declined as did the service. The food that I was served on my last visit was absolutely inedible. Time to find a new wing spot!

Lobby full of frustrated guests who have waited far too long for their order. Staff extremely disorganized and arguing about what order is for who. All this while they were trying to figure out where the delivery driver went as she had been gone for over 30 minutes for a delivery down the block. After waiting an hour and then being asked what my order was I told them to refund me. I won't return to this location.

The website never works and needs to be updated, good luck ordering online for pickup. Then when you call it in, they screw up your order. This has happened to me more than once.
Took me two hours to get my food and probably more as it took an hour for the food to get out of the place, and the delivery driver did not know where they were. Had to go outside my house and to the street corner to let them know where I was. Awful service. Food was stone cold, never ordering from here again.

We like Wing Zone. However, lately, the chicken has been over fried very hard to eat barely any sauce on it. And a lot of things are not available at that moment. This place has really changed with the quality of food which is sad.
