The male manager working today around 2:30 and checkout is a saint, he’s sooo patient and extremely understanding. Give him a raise
Hi my name is randy and during the time that i worked their i really loved it awesome experience/journey at the deli couple rude customers but nothing u cant handle nice place good training good support good team❤️
I never usually have an issue with this BJ's location, but today proved differently. One of the associates working the self-checkout station that was assigned to *assist* customers with this task, was very unfriendly. I'm sure people have their "bad days" and perhaps this was hers, despite that, her irritable demeanor was unnecessary.

BJ's Wholesale Club offers a generally positive experience, with good training and support from the team. However, some customers have encountered issues, such as rude associates and problems with the freshness and availability of certain products. Despite these occasional challenges, the store remains a convenient option for shoppers.
