I had an issue with my drink from another location and they fixed it for me without hesitation yea they focus on the drive through like every other location but there usually always very friendly and polite
I feel like everything I order online they are out of my product and there's never a supervisor to issue my refund so I have to get my name added to a list so I can drive back and hope the product is available so I can buy it.
But. When the stuff is in stock they always get my stuff done on time and product tastes great.
My chicken wraps are sometimes cool in the middle but that's my only complaint about that.
