We walked in with a table of 5 on a Saturday night and were instantly greeted and offered a seat in the heated gondola. We were well informed on the food and drink specials too. They had a huge selection of draft beers and special cocktails, kids drinks could add Boba which was a big hit! Our meals were delicious, build your own Stromboli was a table favorite. The chicken parm was delicious and everything tasted so fresh.and delicious. Disappointed that we were in a time crunch and couldn’t try any desserts from the diverse menu, we will absolutely be back! This place is a hidden gem!!

Good food. Wonderful woman at the front door. Very personable. Though we were told a short wait and waited over 45 minutes for a table. Very rude and condescending owner or manager. Not sure what he was but he made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Service was nice but incredibly slow.

Best experienced that my family has had at a restaurant in a long time. The food and service were excellent, and we had a blast in the gondola. The pork shanks special was amazing

We are on vacation and are always on the lookout for restaurants that have outdoor seating, as we travel with our dog. Everything was fantastic from our server to the food. I had the four cheese Mac and cheese and my husband had a meatball stromboli. The portions are very generous. The best part was eating in a gondola. It was very cool and very comfortable. Our gondola even had a wifi speaker so we could listen to our own music. Dixie gives told me to give them four paws up!

I recommend this uniquely artistic and creatively designed establishment. Tyler, our waiter, was very attentive, but truly an intellectual when sharing local historical information. The drink & food menu was diversely expansive featuring a delectable array of gourmet selections. Our group went with ordering an appetizer of artichoke cheese dip, which was dangerously delicious, followed by the main course featuring “white chicken & spinach pizza”, the to good to describe broiled Haddock, and savory chicken parmesan with homemade marinara sauce spaghetti.
The entire experience was rewarding and worth the drive. It’s definitely an establishment that we will look forward to returning to again, and I am looking forward to trying the other selections on the menu. I also noticed that this Restraurant caters to canine companions which is also a positive.

I love going to Guppy’s. The extensive food and drinks menu will appeal to any taste. The fun atmosphere and friendly service make me feel like I’m on a mini- vacation, and we all need that. Take a short ride to Bemus Point and visit your soon-to-be favorite “vacation spot.”

Love going here when we visit Chq for the summer. The gondolas for the 6 year old is great, but the prices are actually quite out of line. My partner and I split the $22 burger, but were told if we split it, it was an extra $3. Here we assumed it would be cut in two on two different plates with our own fries, but nope, one plate for the 15 French fries and one burger, and one empty plate stacked underneath it. Really? $3 to just wash an extra plate? I understand that when it's just two people at the table, but we were 5 - and included two drinks and a dessert. Separately, two Mondays ago we went for the Mussels, and they were quite bad... I don't really understand why we keep going, except the gondola is great for our 6 yr old, and the churros. Get the churros. Avoid the mediocrity of everything else.

Heard many conversations over the years about this place going downhill and can confirm those conversations. Been some time since I’ve been to Guppy’s, but tonight’s order was extremely disappointing. Ordered a medium pizza, received a small pizza in a medium sized box, cut up into eight slices to look like a medium pizza, evidenced in the picture. $5.00 covered that piece of cornbread. This place has one of the best locations in an isolated area of Chautauqua lake, but completely takes advantage of it like you’re at a NFL or NHL game. My family is done with this place. Guppy’s management embarrasses itself thinking we’re that dumb to be a repeat customer. Get it together or close your doors. I understand the idea behind inflation and the value of the dollar decreasing, but that doesn’t justify taking advantage of your customers.
