“We stopped in over the summer for brunch and everything was delicious. The Iced Chai Latte was to die for, have to try their Oreo truffles. Vibe was cute, will go back whenever in town.”
“Their Valentine’s Day Special was amazing! The food was to die for! Steak was absolutely amazing as were the sides. The bread pudding was wonderful! Bri’s service was outstanding as was PJ’s assistance!”
“A true local place with great service and a surprisingly large menu. We spent two comfortable hours here on a snowy Saturday and enjoyed every minute. The waitress was super nice with a refreshing sense of humor. We had a party of 6 and all enjoyed the food and beer selection.”
“Great service, very friendly. We split the wings, done perfect and the Buffalo sauce was just right! I had the Steak Hoagie with fries. Huge portion, I'll be taking my leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My wife had the Ham and Cheese Hoagie, equally a large portion. Both were great. We'll definitely be back!”
“Reviewing after just one visit. However, the fish in chips was best I've had in quite a while. Wings are clutch. Wife said the Buff was also awesome. Great spot. We'll be sure to stop back next time we're in town! Nice work Steener and team!”
“Had the Nashville chicken sandwich. The sauce was mild and spicy. The bottom bun was a little tough but edible. We had 4 tables put together but Zoe(server) kept up well. She did a good job.”
“One of my top pizza places, and my favorite in the around Chautauqua! My family comes from Pittsburgh to vacation in the area every summer and we've been getting Coppola's since the year they opened. Despite being very busy sometimes when we come in, the staff buzz around the back like bees and pump out pizzas in reasonable times. I can't remember a time when they weren't friendly or helpful. Plus it's a family owned business and we recognize many of the faces each time we return. The storefront stands out from the moment you approach it, with a bright white, red, and green paint job. A couple of patio tables have given us some nice outdoor seating when the weather is right. Inside is small with a few more tables, drink refrigerator, and lots of decor with Andriaccio family photos. They added shelving by the counter during the pandemic to help organize and speed up the takeout process. Now let's talk pizza! We LOVE the cup-shaped pepperonis! It's a shame most places don't use them, because the edges crisp and provide a great taste and crunch. Perfect amount of cheese and the sauce isn't acidic like some places where it's agitates the mouth and stomach. They also offer giant round and sheet sized pies which are great for our big vacation household! I'd love to try the unique shapes they've made too, like a Chautauqua Lake and Buffalo Bills pizza! A number of custom pizzas are also on the menu, but we always go with the classic cuppies! Whether it's getting our traditional first-night-at-the-lake pizza for dinner, or a quick lunch when we participate in the Bemus Point art shows, they're always convenient. Can't say enough about this place and we'll be back soon. ??”
“We avoided the Casino because the food wasn't very good and not cooked well. The 2023 season was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the food had greatly improved. We are looking forward to 2024. I hope whatever changes were made in the kitchen will carry on. The service has always been great. The view of the lake is exceptional.”
“First time here and it is beautiful building and stage area. The beers are what you would expect from Southern Tier. The staff is extremely nice and personable. Citra Fog is delicious.”
“We just had brunch here today, all of the food was delicious. Home made soups with lots of flavor, and delicious sandwiches. ? The service was also EXCELLENT! Family owned business that cares about its customers.”
“This place is a foodies dream. The food is excellent and creative. The atmosphere is so chic. The hand crafted cocktails are delish but also pretty. And I love all their special events especially the brunches with bottomless mimosas!Vegetarian options: Many delicious meatless options- especially recommend the truffle honey pizza!”
“Went here last night for the first time. What a gem! We had tacos and a burrito. The atmosphere was so pleasant and the food was out of this world...so fresh and tasty. Our server was Alia, and she was attentive without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and can't wait to go back.”
“So much I love about this place but I really like that there's nothing like it. I get so excited when they open (food is delicious!) and sad when they close because it is always a good option for breakfast, lunch and dinner!”
“Nice place. First time for us. Food was very good, very nice ambiance. Service was great! Would have liked to have seen a little wider choice of menu items. (Reason for the 4 star rating.) Was hoping to see chili or meatloaf, but what I had and what my wife had were both very good meals.”
“Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a drink because the place looked interesting. Sat at the bar for awhile and were ignored by the bartender. She was preoccupied with her cash drawer and finishing up with her last customers, telling them if they wanted a discount they should go to Walmart. We felt we should probably leave, because there was no acknowledgement that we were there and it was uncomfortable. All of a sudden Jason runs in to save the day! He immediately asked what he could to do for us and we were promptly served and engaged with friendly conversation. We moved down the bar to be out of the commotion with the cash drawer, and I asked Jason for a side of ice. We overheard the other bartender saying very loudly, so we could hear, that getting my ice was NOT important at all, over what she was doing. It's sad when customers are treated so rudely when we were only trying to enjoy ourselves and support a local business. Especially since we had heard that the owner is a very nice woman. Because of Jason, we ended up staying and having a good time. We were really grateful to him and left with a smile on our face. We will come again and have the wings too!! Thanks again Jason!!”
“I have dined at Stella's 3 times and every time the food has been beyond my expectations. Definitely try the she crab soup! Both flavor and presentation of meals have been wonderful. Service was good. Stella's is definitely the best in Chautauqua County!”
“Great food and reasonable prices, in a casual, friendly, atmosphere. Service is consistently excellent. The food is always very good and comes in generous portions.”
“Wonderful place for a night out, always our favorite pizza joint to eat in at because of the incredible aroma and comforting atmosphere. Pizza is piping hot and features a thin crust with a perfect balance of crunch and chew. Decent wine and beer selection to pair, doesn't need a huge menu like others as they know what they do best and they always deliver on that! It's a true staple of the Italian roots in Jamestown.”
“What a wonderful place to go the staff was amazing even customers were awesome food is OFF THE WALL AMAZING this will become our new place to eatKid-friendliness: There is no smoking and kids can dine in also”
“Such a fun spot! They have tons of beers, everything brewed on site. The Oh Fudge stout was our favorite. Located in a really cool refurbished barn. Phenomenal service. A must try if you're in the area!”
“Had a very large, complicated order and was very pleased with service and everything was correct.Kid-friendliness: Observed many families eating in. Children of all ages.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into the restaurant. Restroom would be a problem for chair.”
“Loved it! Amazing burger and fries. Amazing fried chicken. Good potato salad. Good peaches with whipped topping. Decent prices. Small menu, but great food. Very funny friendly cook. Cool 50s theme with 50s and 60s music playing. Little store attached. Cash only with an atm outside.Only 2 complaints are I bought the $4.50ish cheddar and broccoli soup, but didn't realize I never got it until I was already 20+ minutes away in Jamestown. I tried to come back for breakfast another day and the hours are different than online. They don't open until lunch.”
“Fantastic! So artistically laid out. Super friendly staff, especially Chris and Dan. Plus you can't get better coffee ANYWHERE, and that especially includes Starbucks, whose coffee has a bitter taste. You'll love Stedman coffee.?”
“We like visiting ice cream stands , and we enjoy this one. The only reason for the 4 star rather then the five star is the fact that there cone selection could be improved. They have a regular wafer cone and then a sugar cone , but they are about the same size. So if you get a large 3 or 4 scoop cone , good luck. It's gonna be on a very small cone . Your almost forced to pay the extra 25 cents for the cup and spoon. I don't know about you but when I go out to a stand for ice cream getting a cone is part of the experience. I would like to see them add a waffle cone to the menu. Either way it's a nice place to stop and they have a couple picnic tables to sit at with a decent amount of parking space. Enjoy.”
“Great food and waitress!! We were honored to come across a very sweet gentleman that paid the bill for my family. It was certainly not expected but such a kind gesture!! Next time we are passing through Jamestown we will be sure to stop back in.”
“I try to keep in mind a lot of these places are still short-staffed, it's not the servers fault that she's the only one working 15 tables. It took 45 minutes to even take our order the other day, but the food is so amazing and the restaurant is so clean we didn't mind sitting there waiting.”
“Amazing waiter, very respectful and gets orders right. Food is super yummy and filling, the burgers are super good and bacon is just heaven! It's a small and cozy restaurant that has a very relaxed feel.”
“Great place for old men AND working people to gave breakfast. The best deal is the steak and eggs(home fries toast). Priced less than other places price their eggs, meat, potatoes and toast. I always say a good test of a delicious "greasy spoon" is when you leave you need to wash your clothes and shower! That's a good thing! The dining room has a big echo so it can be noisy and difficult to hear with friends but not a deal breaker by any means.”
“A Very pleasant experience. Great Food, Great Service, Great atmosphere! Highly recommended if you love good-old country style breakfasts, or some newer idea choices, or a sweet roll you'll need a take out container to bring the other half home (THEY ARE HUGE)! Great place!!”
