Eek. If this egg salad didn’t already go bad then it’s definitely the worst egg salad I’ve ever had. It tastes sour, even rancid.

Picked up a dozen plain bagels at 11:30am with 1lb of cream cheese and 1/2 pound of olive cream cheese. Guy at the counter said they might not have 12 plain but went in back to check.
I left with my order and went to drop at a doctors office. The bag smelled like grease and when I looked the bagels were hard and had oil on them.
I threw the bagels away and kept the cream cheese. When I opened the olive cream cheese the next day it was rancid. Stay away from this place unless you want to get sick. $36 dollars thrown away.

Way overpriced when they slice your cold cuts they don’t wear gloves when they make the flavor cream cheese. They don’t wear gloves when they make any of the salad salads tuna salad, chicken salad they don’t wear gloves. They are definitely violating a lot of health department violations, and they treat their customers terribly. I went in there to get a bagel and I dealt with a girl named Christine or christina she was cursing at some ball guy he said on the owner don’t talk to me like that. She was like I don’t give a ass while she’s helping me my bagel and cream cheese And a small coffee was over $10. The girl christina claimed she’s the manager. I was told she wasn’t when I called to speak to the owner. She said she’d leave a message with my phone number. He never called. She probably never left a message that STORE is run so poorly And be careful cause everything smell smells like weed disgusting

Sooo overpriced. Sent my daughter in for two wraps with 30 dollars. Came out needing 7 more dollars. 36 and change for two wraps. My daughter liked the wrap but no wrap is worth almost 19 dollars. The workers tried to explain why it was so expensive and failed. Should move business to manhasset instead of the corner store in a failing plaza in bethpage

They got 2/3 of our order wrong. Broken syrup packages that went everywhere in the bag.

The orders they got wrong were bagel sandwiches. Their name includes bagel but they didn't seem to know how to make a proper bagel sandwich.

Been a regular here for a long time now.
Ryan and staff are friendly. However, I never once got my order correct. Today, was no different.

Rainbow Bagel with Strawberry cream cheese became a Rainbow Bagel with lightly spread strawberry jelly.

Normally I have an issue at other bagel places with too much cream cheese, not on the Egg Everything bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese. Extra crispy bacon comes oily and soggy.

In the past, I let things like this slide since they were understaffed and busy.
Today, they had ample people working and for a Sunday, no crowd and lines.

We went in the other day and I got a flat bagel with the perfect amount of cream cheese. The man behind the counter (manager? owner?) Gave my daughter a beautiful rainbow bagel. It was fresh and delicious. It took her all day to eat.
They were so friendly that, even though they arent as close to my house as other bagel stores, I decided to take a ride today to get some mini bagels to freeze for the start of the school year. A different person helped me and he told me it's best to cut them in half and then freeze them. He offered to cut them in half for me and I took him up on it. The lady behind the counter was talking to my daughter and complimenting her outfit. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to go back for my bagel/deli needs.

10 dollars for a 12oz juice and a bacon and egg on a roll and all the sandwich had was egg no bacon. I am very disappointed. I will never go there again. Too expensive to get the order wrong.

Ordered a lightly toasted cinnamon raisin bagel, got a burnt bagel with such a small amount of cream cheese I’d have thought they’re rationing. Genuinely the worst bagel I’ve had in Long Island.

Very helpful people, really delicious food. Every sandwich hits and you cant go wrong with a coldbrew. Amazing bang for your buck here.
