I took a leap of faith for Christmas Eve by ordering a party platter for the first time at Bethpage Sushi! Party Platters here are by the chef's choice. I was told I would not be disappointed by the owner! The platter was ready on time and IT was AWESOME!!!! Four Special Rolls and Six Classic for $60.00. THE FRESHEST SASHIMI I've ever had. And freshest seaweed salad. If you're someone who eats a lot of raw fish you know that the the quality of the ingredients is the most important, and they take the cake on quality. Service also great. The owner/ sushi chef is the sweetest too!!!!
