I love Burger King. But the fewer customers on line, the SLOWER the service! It may be strange until you realize that they are FOCUSING on a line I CANT SEE, namely the drive-thru. When you order a Whopper, you GET a Whopper, consistently hot and delicious. What more can you ask for from a FAST FOOD restaurant. HINT: If you want to ASSURE you are getting one made JUST FOR YOU, eliminate the ketchup or mayo, because you can get it IN the restaurant AFTER your food arrives! After all, haven't they made their reputation on "HAVE IT YOUR WAY"? 'nuf said.

The food was good, I can’t complain over a fast food restaurant. The whopper was very fresh and tasted good. Came out fast and the workers were nice. The fries were slightly under-salted but still tasted good with a nice salty spring. Would recommend for a quick on-the-go

As a courier, I constantly take orders from there, the last time I took an order 10 minutes ago, your employees there are really, really disrespectful people who treat dordeas and uber east couriers as second-class people.

bought 2 whoppers with addition of EXTRA ketchup & extra pickles . When I got home, it was missing lettuce, onion, mayo, tomatoes. I called Bethpage Burger King & left voice mail. No one returned call. Went back next day with bad whoppers. Told them what happened. They replaced them. When I got home, AGAIN THEY WERE MISSING LETTUCE, ONION, MAYO & TOMATOES. ONLY HAD PICKLES & KETCHUP AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR STORE????? Can't you get the orders correct??? DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Wish I could give it zero stars! Place an order through the app. When food was delivered food was ice cold. Onion rings looked like they had been sitting out for 3 days. Whopper was gross and inedible, as the tomatoes and lettuce in it were rotten. When I put in a complaint I was offered a $10 coupon for our $70 order!! Never again. Worst customer service!

I have lived in this area for 56 years of my life and have been coming to Burger King for many years. I have never seen the quality of an establishment go down so bad as I’ve seen in this Burger King on Hempstead turnpike in Bethpage. We waited over 35 minutes with no help after ordering, they clearly cannot handle the workload no disrespect to the poll workers that were trying to make it work. The Burger King should get their act together. This is about the third or fourth time we’ve come here and waited a long time to work. Is it doing the best they can but I highly recommend that you stay away from this place to avoid aggravation

I've never seen an establishment full of pot as this location has we've gone here the last three or four times today. We waited 35 minutes after ordering well people that work there sat saying they were on break. I support workers and I know they're working very hard, but if you can't handle the workflow close your doors, very disappointed, never will eat here again, and I highly recommend to avoid this place at all cost

Every time I come to Burger King and get breakfast, the food is always hot and fresh. Customer Service at this establishment is always amazing. I come in the morning and they never complain about making fries for me in the morning. The Lady at the drive-thru is truly amazing and I truly appreciate her hard work.
Do not go here me and the wife went there she asked for and asked for 8pc. chicken nuggets and all the sauces and packets of ketchup got home got 3 sauces no ketchup and the real humdinger no chicken nuggets. The burger was like wood. The service deplorable! I would give no stars! Avoid this dump!

Ordered a mobile order and it was never delivered. Contacted customer support and they insist it was delivered even though the driver never answered the phone and i couldn't find it near any of the doors at work. Ended up not eating for an 8 hour shift. Customer support also will not give me a refund for food i never got. theres $15.99 im not getting back
