The worst service and fake cookie dough ice cream here. It was obvious they just put vanilla ice cream with cookie dough pieces on top. And the lady wanted to charge me for extra "additional cookie dough toppings" when I said there was literally 3 cookie dough pieces in my size small cup that I originally ordered. I tried to explain to her but it seemed to be she didn't know English or was pretending not to understand. The new "Brookie" flavor I ordered was the same thing. There was supposed to be brownie bites in the vanilla and chocolate ice cream. And there was only ONE brownie bite in it! Completely unsatisfying. The first and last time I come here.

The worse Carvel ever!!! They take hours to take care of you . The Asian lady behind the counter is a sloth and the man is a psycho . He was yelling at me because I asked him to help me. Please don’t support this deplorable location

This location is great. Everyone is super friendly. The Reese’s peanut butter cup dasher is usually my go to but last night I tried the new Churro Dasher and it was pretty good. I also got the smaller Fudgie the Whale cake from here for my birthday and it was the best Ice cream cake I ever ate. Love this place.

Made a Purchase the item did taste good but i was charged extra for paying with my Credit Card. On the receipt they listed it as a (Tech Fee).I DIDN'T see any signs for minimum Credit Card PurchaseI called 4 other CARVELS around the neighborhood to see if they charge a "Tech Fee" for that same item and none of them charge extra for using a Credit Card.If they told me that theres an extra "Tech Fee" for using a Credit Card i wouldve paid cash.Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Ice cream is absolutely delicious. Generous scoop size too. You walk in and immediately are doused in the heavenly smell of freshly made waffle cones with a hint of cinnamon. A must do if I say so myself. Yum!

Charged me full price for 2 sundaes when it was buy one get one free even though I told her i want the promotion. Second incidence was when i told her to write a happy birthday on a cake in pink and blue icing and she kept making excuses and messed it up. Blamed it on "she couldn't hear me" This place is also disgusting.

I should have written this years ago. I live locally and this is our go to spot for saucers and soft serve. This is a family owned business and I almost always see someone cleaning or re-stocking. The service has always been very good. I really don't understand why anyone would give a poor review. Never had a bad experience
