Great! For what this place is, it was amazing! The food is consistent and the wait staff is very friendly. As you would expect with a chain restaurant, the food comes out very quick and you get a good amount of food for the price! Ambiance is okay. There is a huge parking lot which is amazing! And the president margs are absolutely the way to go! Best bang!

I wanted to eat dinner and wanted to spend some good time On New Year’s Day. I went to the Chili’s location With a buddy of mine. We had the Triple Dipper appetizer and it was delicious. Our server, she was a nice person. But I do want to give out some details of my experience, eating there for my first time. The service in terms of responding time , Was a slow process But to be honest, it was a busy night last night And I can understand that It takes maybe an extra five minute To get to the table that the waitress served. My friend’s Mac & cheese that came with our entrée was not much cheesy but more liquidity. It was more dripping than melted cheese, and I didn’t like how it looked. Also, the chicken crisper was under seasoned. As for my entrée, I ordered the full rack ribs And I love the barbecue sauce and the taste of the ribs, however, As I was eating more of the ribs; I started to notice that the ribs that I had was untrimmed and Has some white fat in it.. I only finished just about 2/3 Of that But there are some pieces within the ribs that as I mentioned the fat and I couldn’t finished it. What a shame because I do love ribs. Hopefully, the next time, if I do come back there, it’ll be a more pleasant when it comes to the food and more up to speed with the service. It wasn’t a horrible Experience But it wasn’t most pleasant. I’ll give it a try again one day soon.

Triple dipper…. mozerella sticks were meh . Couldn't rip a piece chicken tender with my teeth…couldn’t finish the burgers due to how burnt
We came to this location and our server Billy was excellent!! Carson the manager also took great care of us he is very Professional and is great at his job I will be coming back to this location!!!!

One of the best Chili’s on Long Island! My boyfriend and I come here all the time and we absolutely love Maria! She is so kind hearted and goes above and beyond to make sure we are always taken care of. At this point, we only come to see her! 10 out of 10 highly recommend
