One of the best Chili’s on Long Island! My boyfriend and I come here all the time and we absolutely love Maria! She is so kind hearted and goes above and beyond to make sure we are always taken care of. At this point, we only come to see her! 10 out of 10 highly recommend

What an underwhelming and disappointing visit! We come all of the time and this has been the worst experience. Service was abysmal. I had to get my own place settings. All of the food was ice cold.. Manager was not apologetic at all that everything had to go back. When the food came out it was not great. Wings were super greasy. I left half of them. Told manager about our experience and she said everything was remade. Told her we won't be back and she said she was sorry to hear that. Gave 2 $5 GC on a $50 bill. That is not even a dessert. She should have done the right thing in the beginning and this was not it. She never even checked up on us when the food was delivered. Service was subpar. Sad as we have always enjoyed going there.

Standard atmosphere... Clean and organize. Service.... Host was excellent, brought us to our seat with a big smile😁 Waiter was a little slow and keeps forgetting things! Food was better... Fast, hot... New Orleans mozzarella stick was yummy, very light heat... Burger was not as described but doable! Mex bowl was good... Little heat and portion was definitely great.
