This is clearly a chain restaurant and has limitations as a result. The food is meh and the service is unpredictable. The online ordering is tough because if you want to special order it's not very flexible.
One of the best Chili’s on Long Island! My boyfriend and I come here all the time and we absolutely love Maria! She is so kind hearted and goes above and beyond to make sure we are always taken care of. At this point, we only come to see her! 10 out of 10 highly recommend
I came in on my lunch break to grab some food and John was fantastic! He was Extremely welcoming and helpful he alone made me wanna come back! Food was made quickly and I left happy and satisfied.
