The attitude and confidence of every worker from the top to the bottom of this place is Insane. The place looks nice, but no competency on any any of the employees.

Easily the WORST dunkin on Long Island and it’s not even close. The girls who work the drive thru have a nasty attitude and have no idea how to manage a drive thru. Customers in the store wait for the whole drive thru line to clear before getting the iced coffee, and I was told I couldn’t buy a gift card in the drive thru but the parking lot has 4 spots and is used by the employees😂of course they realized how moronic that sounded and gave it to me but I will never be giving them a penny ever again. On a side note when your order is wrong they roll their eyes and get annoyed. (Maybe listen and get it right the first time)

the workers were so weird and rude we ordered very politely and when we came up to get our order the worker was very rude and proceed to say we has attitude which we apologized to but instead she proceed to be sarcastic and give us attitude and the manager told us to leave and being rude with us overall terrible experience the food and drinks we had gotten felt rushed and not good please don’t come here

Absolutely horrible dunkin to go to and order from. We ordered an Uber eats order from there and the way the packed the food they must have broken the coffee cup and the coffee was spilled everywhere. My husband went back to the store and they refused to help us. They were blaming the uber driver when the bag came to our house sealed and it was clearly the Dunkin’s fault as it was the way they placed the cup in the holder. They refused to remake the order and now I’m having to deal with Uber who is refusing to give our money back. And this is not the first time this happens to me at this dunkin. I had ordered the beach bucket their not long ago with the munchkins and for that bucket u pay a lot and the guy was trying to give me the munchkins without the bucket saying I didn’t order it when i clearly paid $20 for it. At this dunkin the employees are rude and the service is even worse. Never again.

A bought a frozen lemonade,I think it’s from last year. It tasted horrible and the staff didn’t want to change it.very bad service and it’s not the first time. I already got garbage in the coffee before, I won’t come back.They are scamming people with something that’s useless
