I love Dunkin and come here all the time but there’s this specific guy that works the overnight shift and he has a crazy attitude and is very disrespectful, I for once in my life didn’t order from the Dunkin app and decided to order inside, he tried charging me $12.50 for my order which I ALWAYS pay 7$ for now hear me out it’s not about the money. But don’t try to rob me and say that’s how Dunkin is. When I told him your over charging me he started yelling at me with a nasty attitude and I understand it’s a overnight shift but there was no one else but me so I don’t understand and when I asked my friends about that Dunkin they says avoid it because there’s one guy that’s very nasty and rude and always over charges

I was in there on line and a women in front of me was being charged but when she realized she was being overcharged she said something and and a man 3x times her size got in her face and became violent. Staff and Other people did nothing to stop it. This place is a disgrace and I will never come back

Food was horrible, they messed up my coffee. The service was crazy i watched a male employee verbally assault a female customer even though she was only letting him know she was charged double for a coffee. The male employee got offended and actually looked like he was going to attack the female customer.

I needed to grab coffee for me and my friends, so I found this spot on Google Maps. The service was excellent—easily 5 out of 5 stars. The staff was super friendly and attentive, even brewing a fresh pot of coffee when they ran out just as I placed my order. The donuts were fresh, the location was convenient, and the overall experience was great. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stop by for more coffee.
