I was in there on line and a women in front of me was being charged but when she realized she was being overcharged she said something and and a man 3x times her size got in her face and became violent. Staff and Other people did nothing to stop it. This place is a disgrace and I will never come back

Customer service was horrible... Took forever for a simple coffee literally... Dark and sweet ... Still got basically a whole cup of milk.. refused to remake it .. Charlie Murphy gives this place two thumbs down 👎👎

Food was horrible, they messed up my coffee. The service was crazy i watched a male employee verbally assault a female customer even though she was only letting him know she was charged double for a coffee. The male employee got offended and actually looked like he was going to attack the female customer.

Watched these ladies and a man twice a customers size overcharge her twice and kicked her out. Poor woman was bullied and abused financially and ethically. Corporate needs to get involved
Just witnessed the rudest thing. Staff overcharged this a woman 10$ twice for a small coffee and would t regard there tickets for the mistake. They had a man there bullying her twice her size. They should be ashamed. Someone needs to get a manager involved. He seemed.violent

Staff is terrible. They overcharged me twice for a coffee. When I proved it they didn't want to regard me. Had to rush to work but I'll be back to speak to manager

I needed to grab coffee for me and my friends, so I found this spot on Google Maps. The service was excellent—easily 5 out of 5 stars. The staff was super friendly and attentive, even brewing a fresh pot of coffee when they ran out just as I placed my order. The donuts were fresh, the location was convenient, and the overall experience was great. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stop by for more coffee.

Worst customer service. Was given dirty looks. Asked for shakes they were more like chocolate milk. Complained and was told that's how they make them.
