Halal Express Kabab House

Halal Express Kabab House truly holds the title for consistency. I’ve never had a negative experience ordering from here. The food is always made fresh and delicious. The rice is aromatic, soft and fluffy. The meat (I normally order fish and chicken kebab) are always well seasoned, cooked thoroughly and tender. The portions are huge and very generous. For sauce enthusiasts, plenty is provided.

The owners, as a small business, are the best. They are always warm and kind, welcoming you into their restaurant and asking how my family is doing. This restaurant is my go-to for large family platters when having guests over.

We catered from them, ordering their family platters for 10 and it was amazing. All the kabobs and rice were tasty and juicy. Their service was also great, accommodating to our asks. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time giving them a shot, and they failed again!!! I ordered the Sultani Kabab which I was told is both Beef and Lamb! What I was served, was a dried out lamb kabab and a beef kofta!! You all know that Kofta is cheap garbage, like an American hot dog and a Beef kabab should be cubed beef chunks!!! I might look American but I have an ethnic background!! I will tell everyone at the local mosque not to frequent these Thieves!!

We are very happy to have passed by this restaurant, the food was delicious. My children loved it. The Mrs and the Mr were very helpful to us. Even they offered us free deserts and tea.

Today was my first time trying this place and all I can say is 10/10!! I got the chicken tikka kabob & bolani. The chicken was very tender & well seasoned for Afghan food. Bolani tasted very authentic & delicious with the white sauce. The service was excellent!!!! Extremely kind staff. The restaurant was nice & clean. This will be my new to go Afghan restaurant. Very delicious food.
