Today at 420pm i ordered a #26 chicken, bacon ranch with everything on it. The young man told someone in the back. When he came to the front he exclaim i'm not making it. Someone came to the grill after they finished what ever they were doing slap the meat on to the dirty grill (I can see bits of charred what ever was cooked on it previously and the dry stains. In less than 2mns the sandwich was made. The only condiments on the sandwich was brown lettuce, 2 small tomatoes and what ever he picked up from the dirty grill. that's everything on it? what happen to the ranch sauce at least. Mean while the young man i place the order with said nothing being right next to the other who made the sandwich. I let it go to see how far it would go, now I know. Oh. I didn't eat it I threw it out, $12 for this. Go to know won't be coming here again. Thanks for the dirty sandwich, attitude between them to a customer.

I try not to use this platform for bad mojo but this location is no good.
No manners, no personality, the sandwiches were a mess.
Do you ever get a bad vibe from places?
I dont know how this location is in business. Avoid like the plague.
Go to the Hicksville location on old country road and newbridge.

The on the go orders are never ready... it's never prepared ahead of people waiting in line... it defeats the purpose! Also.. if I ordered 2 items, they should be prepared simultaneously... not 1 item ready 15 min ahead of the other... what is this? So my sandwich is soggy, and my husband's is fresh?! My order was rast at 4:50 PM

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
FRANSISCO THE MGR Does not care about anything. I will be contacting his regional manager and the DOH. I only ordered from this location as the Lindenhurst app ordering was temporarily down. This is the 3rd time I have ordered here with big problems. No bacon on a BLT? Good thing I paid for extra bacon. This place has issues with black ants too.

On May 24th a white girl with brownish hair and glasses turned down service to me and told another worker to take care of me and she gave dirty looks. The sandwich I received was overly dressed with condiments and had to throw in the garbage.

I really try to like this place, I really do, specially their tuna salad, but am so afraid to order anything more complicated than a sandwich, like the portobello, since everyone I’ve ever seen work there seems challenged by making anything more than the simplest sandwich. Always seems dirty and unkempt, but maybe it’s just this location… I hope.

My first time ordering a bowl from this particular Jersey Mike’s, and they give me a bowl that is maybe 25% food (that estimate is generous). The rest is empty. This isn’t my usual experience with bowls from Jersey Mike’s, so I place an order online and go back to pick up that sandwich and ask for a refund for the bowl.The guy is asking me what’s wrong with it, so I tell him my issue with it. Tell him I haven’t touched it. He starts going on about how do I know if I’ll like it if I haven’t tried it. I repeated myself numerous times about wanting a refund, while he’s arguing with me about eating a bowl I no longer want. He asks if I’d like another sandwich in its place. I decline, since we already placed another online order for a sandwich already. He keeps insisting about the bowl, and states how hard it is to give refunds, so I say I’ll take a gift card. According to him, they don’t do gift cards. So I repeat my previous statement of wanting a refund. He’s huffing and puffing the whole time while giving me a refund.My online sandwich order was set to be ready for 2:56. We didn’t receive it until 3:13. Must be because he was too busy retelling the story of the woman who came in asking for a refund for an empty bowl to his coworkers so loud, that the customers could hear. So very unprofessional and so unpleasant. And yes, I was being very nice. That is not my usual demeanor, and you were grinding my every last nerve. Never thought a simple request could be so trying on my patience.
