I had an issue with a sub I got & the manager, Fransesco, went above & beyond to make it right!!! More places should be run the way he runs his shop!

I really try to like this place, I really do, specially their tuna salad, but am so afraid to order anything more complicated than a sandwich, like the portobello, since everyone I’ve ever seen work there seems challenged by making anything more than the simplest sandwich. Always seems dirty and unkempt, but maybe it’s just this location… I hope.

My first time ordering a bowl from this particular Jersey Mike’s, and they give me a bowl that is maybe 25% food (that estimate is generous). The rest is empty. This isn’t my usual experience with bowls from Jersey Mike’s, so I place an order online and go back to pick up that sandwich and ask for a refund for the bowl.The guy is asking me what’s wrong with it, so I tell him my issue with it. Tell him I haven’t touched it. He starts going on about how do I know if I’ll like it if I haven’t tried it. I repeated myself numerous times about wanting a refund, while he’s arguing with me about eating a bowl I no longer want. He asks if I’d like another sandwich in its place. I decline, since we already placed another online order for a sandwich already. He keeps insisting about the bowl, and states how hard it is to give refunds, so I say I’ll take a gift card. According to him, they don’t do gift cards. So I repeat my previous statement of wanting a refund. He’s huffing and puffing the whole time while giving me a refund.My online sandwich order was set to be ready for 2:56. We didn’t receive it until 3:13. Must be because he was too busy retelling the story of the woman who came in asking for a refund for an empty bowl to his coworkers so loud, that the customers could hear. So very unprofessional and so unpleasant. And yes, I was being very nice. That is not my usual demeanor, and you were grinding my every last nerve. Never thought a simple request could be so trying on my patience.

Pleasantly surprised!!! When I said gluten free they really were so careful with my food! I was so impressed. And it was so good too!Ive missed a deli sandwich so thanks jersey Mike's! Definitely will be back soon!!

I’m a little sad when the co worker went to the next guy and made his food. This teen obviously didn’t know what he was doing. I paid first never got my food 15 minutes later I got my refund and left. Teach your staff please to make sure the person who pays gets there food.

Was just in there spent 24$ on a sandwich which had to be made 3 times because they first screwed up the bread then the second time they put the wrong ingredients into the sandwich. The only good employee there thankfully caught the mistake and personally remade the sandwich for me which i am thankful for which stopped me from giving 1s across the bar, that one employee deserves 5 stars unfortunately i did not get his name but everyone else working was very careless and inattentive to what they were doing

Not going back. They had two incompetent people working behind the counter - There was one person in front of me online she ordered two sandwiches a BLT and something with roast beef and pepperoni obviously a mistake .I ordered the number three ham and provolone One person started making my sandwich and put it on the board next to the ladies sandwiches then The lady started complaining that they were making her sandwich wrong so they proceeded to give her my sandwich so I pointed out the mistake they told me no this is her sandwich. I repeated myself twice they refuse to listen to me and then I walked out then I called the manager and he said we have your sandwich right here and I said let me guess it has roast beef on it and he said yes, I said I ordered the number three ham and provolone and they gave it to the lady in front of me. He did apologize And offered to make me another sandwich. I said no I’m never coming back..

At 4:30 in the afternoon, I called to order two sandwiches. The person who answered the phone said you want two sandwiches I said yes he said hold on six minutes later I hung up. Nobody came back to take my order on the phone. This is unacceptable. I will not be going to this location again.
If the 3 guys working behind the counter represent our future. Our country is in major trouble. 3 of the laziest and incompetent people I’ve event seen.
