Acai is an antioxidant-packed superfruit native to the Amazon rainforest. Here at SoBol, we blend frozen acai berries, strawberries and bananas to make a thick fruit puree. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola. (Contains cashews and almonds) The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and a drizzle of honey. All granola options contain unsulphured coconut.

I've been to many SoBols on the island due to my frequent client visits. There is always one that I never miss. That's the Bethpage location. I've had the pleasure on occasions to speak to the owner, Caroline, who I find delightful, energetic and welcomes me every time I go. The store itself is always top notch in cleanliness and you can always feel the welcome. In my opinion, not all bowls are the same. And if I had to choose one Sobol that demonstrates the ideal...

SoBol Bethpage is hands-down one of the best spots around. The food is always fresh, the staff is incredibly friendly, and every bowl is packed with flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend stopping in: you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely LOVE this SoBol! Everything is always super fresh, the staff is friendly, and the store is so clean and welcoming. My açaí bowl was made perfectly—just the right amount of granola, fruit, and honey. You can tell they really care about quality and making sure customers leave happy. This is hands down my favorite spot for a refreshing, healthy treat. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!
