This spot has the longest drive thru of any location I’ve visited. Their counter service is fine and quick but don’t bet on quick service driving through. I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes.
Have to say one of the best Starbucks around- funny considering I do not drink the coffee, however wife and 3 daughters do-- so to say I am there OFTEN is an understatement- over the years I have seen employees come and go, however the quality of work is always the same. Whoever manages this place needs to know they have some of the most exceptional employees- I have seen some very questionable behavior from customers ( I do not think- no, I know) I would not handle the situations...
For service, I gave it 3 stars. I ordered Caffe Latte, and after ordering it, I asked for one sugar package, and she said we don't give them out. Really? When I had paid for the coffee, at the checkout, she asked me if I wanted sugar? and I said no. After the coffee was done, I felt I needed sugar, but they do not give out sugar?! I don't get it? but reluctantly, she gave me the suger. Other than that, the coffee was delicious! Just make sure you bring your own sugar...
