Time and time again, I go there and the quality gets worse and worse. All I wanted was a buttered bagel today,this is what I got! They do the same thing with the cream cheese and meat on sandwiches. I've given repeated chances. Today was the icing on the cake aside from no butter was the woman who was training a young man and she was so horribly rude, telling him to be quiet when he hadn't said a word because she was frustrated. Not going back. Town Bagel and Central Ave from now own.

My partner and I come here so much, great bagels but unfortunately the old woman who I am assuming is the owner is extremely rude and I often get the wrong bagel given to me. I ordered a certain bagel and was given the complete opposite. Staff was so lovely to help me fix it sweetest staff in the world but the owner is what makes this review a one star.

Food here is good BUT what turned me off is that the old lady (assuming she is the owner) needs to learn how to treat the staffs better. She was rude, mean and condescending towards them. Today wasn’t the first time she blatantly told the girl to shut up and snatched the sandwich off of the girl hands right in front of me and other customers. I was stunned. The other gentleman next to me was shaking his head and we both kinda looked at each other like what the hell? I’ve seen her doing this before and I’m not sure how bad would it be when nobody else is around. She needs to learn to have manners and respect for others. That was not it. Shame.

They nickel and dime everything here. Do you believe they wanted to charge an extra $1 because when I ordered a bacon, egg. and cheese on a bagel, I asked for it to be slightly toasted through the toaster. Are you kidding me that is total BS. There are 3 other bagel stores with in a mile who now have my business.

BEST BAGEL EVER!, Crispy, Airy, Fresh bagel, so many flavors. Incredible Panini especially just right amount of spicy Buffalo Chicken Panini, even better when dipped special Buffalo sauce. CREAM CHEESE is must buy, maybe house whipped or whatever they did, puffy, spread like warm butter and absolute pair with toasted crispy hot bagel. Exceptionally clean and friendly staff, great price for breakfast and lunch to go. FIVE STAR Across board
I came here for the first time and couldn't decide what to eat. Brenda was very kind and helped me choose. The sandwich was fresh and delicious.

$5 for basically a mini size bagel. Egg everything had no everything seasoning on it and veggie cream cheese had 3 large chunks of veggies Not the same as it used to be. Won’t be coming back

Great food. The ham-&-Swiss melt on egg bagel (w/garlic butter) was amazing.
However, one-star off for no spoon provided with yogurt parfait. (Thank goodness there was enough body with the granola to scoop out up — awkwardly — with a fork.)
Another point off for the sliced watermelon: It was abominable, and I ended up just chucking it after a couple samplings. 🤢
