Came for dim sum and had a very good experience. Loved the shumai, baked pork buns, shrimp in rice noodles, turnip cakes and shrimp dumplings. We weren't crazy about the fried beef balls. They were greasy and too doughy. We Also didn't care for the beef ribs which were very chewy. I liked the eggplant dish but my husband didn't care for it. Service was very attentive.

Been coming to this restaurant for the longest time. I love the dimsum here and the owner Tommy is always on his A game and doing his best for the restaurant. The servers are always circling around and are attentive to all customers if they want something in the cart. The food is really great and not too salty or oily it's honestly perfect along with the paired tea and sauces. Love this place super spacious and lots of seating. Gotta check out this dinsum place in Long Island

Downhill Alert This place used to be great so we were always able to look past the nasty attitudes of the servers, but this is no longer the case. The last three times we went the food has been below average and the prices keep getting higher each time we go. Yesterday we had four tiny lunch specials for $80, and my kids did not touch their food, even though they used to love this place. The place was empty, the bathrooms were disgusting, and the servers were beyond rude. They could not be less accommodating.

Long time customer - we don't eat Chinese food anywhere else.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian choices are available.Parking: Very popular place - parking can be scarce, though turnover is pretty quick because of the large number of takeout customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Generally wheelchair accessible.

Very good food. Very fresh made. Even on a weekday. Went few times. Will go again. Had eggplant, shrimp dumplings, crispy sesame balls, all good!

This place is one of our regulars for local dim sum. It is located in small stip mall. On weekdays, you can order dim sum and on the weekends, there is cart service so there is more of a variety of dishes. If you want to decrease wait times on the weekend, go when it first opens. Dim sum overall is very good. Our favorites are beef rice roll and turnip cake. The restaurant has a nice decor. Service is efficient. They have instituted a surcharge if you use your credit card. It has a small parking lot in the front and there is parking around the back of the building.

Up front I will tell you DO NOT EAT HERE. Now I'll explain: parking was fine but lot is small so on a weekend I don't know how easy it would be to find a spot (we went on a Tuesday night); walking in I wasn't necessarily impressed by anything but they do have a tank of live lobsters. The place is very clean but the decor is non existent except for some paper dragons and Chinese decorations from Party City, likely. People were attentive and kind, really nice people (that's why it pains me to write a bad review because I'm sure they are just trying to make a buck but I'm also hoping they read this and make improvements). Placed our order for 3 entree's and nothing else and it was on the table in maybe 6-7 minutes which is a huge red flag. Just as suspected, it was not fresh- it was reheated and not hot AT ALL, only very warm (another red flag). My husband ordered tangerine chicken and the nuggets were almost all dough and no chicken- again it wasn't hot. My son got plain lo mein and I got beef lo mein and it was so greasy and oily. I imagine that when they put a portion back in the pan to warm up that they added more oil to it so maybe the noodles wouldn't stick to each so other. My noodles and my son's noodles were exactly the same but mine had the added veggies and beef of which the beef was cheap and slightly gummy. We didn't complain because we didn't want to make a scene because none of us were happy except my hungry 6 year old who knows next to nothing about good food and I didn't want to make it seem like we were going to try to eat free by complaining about literally everything. So we sucked it up and left. But we will not be back. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I feel bad for the kind employees. Will not be back. Ever. I've now gotten a slightly upset stomach from the grease of the lo mein.

One of the few spots on LI that serves real dim sum as well as traditional Cantonese food.We went the other day to celebrate the Lunar New Year and were very fortunate to get a seat just as they opened (restaurant is always busy and often has a wait especially on the weekends for dim sum). They have a busy takeout service.Fast and attentive service from the staff including those with dim sum carts who try to stop at each table and make sure to let you know what's available.Salt and pepper calamari is just absolutely delicious - perfect balance of flavors and was served hot.If you're in the Bethpage area and want good dim sum you should check out The Orient.

The only authentic dim sum/Chinese food place I've found in Nassau county. Would be coming back here in the future.

Good dim sum. Better than traveling all the way to the city to get the same experience. Very short to no wait times. Food is good. Decent variety for the selection. Been a few times already.

So this just happened... I was looking so forward to a delicious meal that I have enjoyed in the past. Sat down, ordered. Upon receiving our food noticed a small roach crawling up and down my spoon that was just given to us in small bowl of sweet and sour sauce used for dipping of their noodles. Nope! Couldn't do it. It was so gross. Thank God we didn't eat anything. We just got up and walked towards the exit. On the way out, quietly letting the front desk aware of situation being it was fairly busy. Zero response. So disappointing ?

When I bit into the first Crab Rangoon that had minimal filling, I didn't think much of it. But when 2 more barely had a drop of filing in them, and the dough was separated already during the frying process, that is unacceptable and they should have replaced them. Not charge $7.99 for pieces of fried dough that are practically empty. The quality has declined here over the years and the higher than average prices are no longer justifiable for a sub par product.
