Natasha, our server in the dandelion restaurant was energetic and super nice. She was a great resource for things to do in the area. The food at the dandelion was surprisingly good. And the drinks, particularly the rum drink, was delicious and well balanced. The lemon tart dessert was amazing and this is coming from someone who doesn’t like lemon desserts. They could definitely have some more pescatarian and vegetarian options.
I had dinner here two nights in a row (I was staying in the property). Both nights the food and service were incredible. I love that they have specials. The drink called sunburn was delicious!
I’ve now been to Dandelion on 3 separate occasions. Atmosphere is always a 10/10. It’s a gorgeous restaurant part of even more gorgeous hotel. However, each time I’ve come to the restaurant we’ve waited for our food for over 1.5 hours (this time we only ordered burgers and we were one of two total tables at the restaurant).
