Always a welcoming and warm experience. Appreciative that this place exists in these mountains, and for the exceptional staff that make the magic.
Every fall we come up here from Long Island, and last night was the second time we’ve been to peek-a-moose. We ordered prickly pear martinis, beer battered onion rings, the dip sampler, sirloin steak with mashed potatoes, the wood grilled farm beef burger, and the steamed pumpkin cake. Everything was absolutely amazing and so fresh. Our waitress, Anne, was also amazing! Personable and made great recommendations. Can’t wait until next time we’re up here to come back!

Was here last Saturday— really excellent food. Particularly recommend the butternut squash soup. Bread and butter was fantastic. My husband said the octopus was excellent and he is picky about that because it’s his all-time fave. Another in our part said the gnudi were spectacular, and great salad. Really quality fresh food. Recommend.

Nice ambience. It was an unplanned dinner on the way back from Catskills. We had a good time. We ordered butternut squash soup, which was ok. I was expecting some more flavour to it. But it was meh.. house made funding was good. Made fresh. Awe had ordered rainbow trout, which was fresh.
If we visit that place again, we might try other restaurants before we go back there. But definitely would recommend .

So wonderful to visit for great service, food, and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend looking through the whole restaurant to see the fun decorations. Very accommodating for well behaved dogs. Excited to return, it was a highlight of our trip.

One of the better restaurants I’ve
been to and I’ve been to plenty!! Food was excellent. Sweet corn soup was like unreal. Sirloin was grilled to perfection & mushroom risotto was a win. Drinks & service were great as well. We arrived 15 min late and were still warmly welcomed. Place was big but cozy. I would come back to the area solely to enjoy another meal here.

Restaurantji Recommends
Very cozy restaurant. Accommodating without a reservation they take walk ins. It's obviously and for good reason very busy so the service was a bit slow but I didn't mind. The food tasted great. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Great find. Really surprising ambience and decor making great eye candy. Great service from front desk to help at least 7 different people visited our table all were friendly and helpful. Food substitutions no problem, flights of local beers, a great plum daiquiri cocktail, and healthy salad and good entrees
But we also asked for local help with lodging and other restaurants in the area The staff went out of their way to look up the names numbers and directions to other local places
Great overall experience

We live about an hour away but it is ALWAYS worth the trip. ALWAYS. Sadly we only get to visit once a year. Great food. Great service. Cool atmosphere. Owners / Managers who “work the room” to ensure satisfaction. Love it!
