Four of us just had dinner at Peekamoose and it was really a wow experience! It’s a charming location with eclectic and creative decor. The menu was interesting, and the food delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was perfect. What more can you ask for?

The devil is in the details.Overall, a nice restaurant; good food.And the evening went pleasantly.THE one problem was I asked for some parmesan to be sprinkled on my pasta.They brought over a small glass,a bit larger than a shot glass filled with the grated cheese. Several of us took spoons and we sprinkled the parmesan.When the bill came, they wanted to charge us $2 extra.Two dollars is no big deal.The pettiness WAS a big deal.We spoke to the manager. The owners made that decision, AND he had heard other customers bring it up.He removed it...yet...Your move re: going.

Peekamoose is absolutely the best restaurant experience I have had every time. The food is absolutely amazing. But even more notably, the staff is so incredibly nice, and it just feels like a warm and wonderful experience. Once we came without a reservation, and they accommodated us within 15 min on a busy holiday weekend. Once a dish had a flavor I didn’t like, and without blinking they switched it out for something else and didn’t charge us for it. They have a kids playroom with a big shelf of books and they encourage every kid to take a book home. The owner even took my son into the kitchen to scoop his own ice cream. I can’t say enough good things. This place is phenomenal.Dietary restrictions: They were amazing about accommodating one person’s gluten and dairy intolerances.Kid-friendliness: Playroom with library and each kid gets to pick a book to take home. Extensive kids menu with a coloring scene on the back and crayons. Also just really really nice to kids.

A beautiful bar, a lovely location, excellent food, and top notch service. Top of the line all around, a real luxury stop.Kid-friendliness: There is a small room for little kids to stay entertained through dinner, as well as fancy drinks for kids and an outdoor foosball table.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We were there a few years ago and I have to say our dinner tonight might have been even better than we remembered from our first visit. Our waiter, Paul, was excellent. The house made Gnudi was delicious but save room for their homemade ice creams. If I could give it more than the 5 star rating, I would.

First and for most!for such an expensive restaurant, there's NO military discount!The steak that came with 2 brussle sprouts cut into 3rds was all the sides, The steak had no flavor; for $ 50!The audacity of any place of such focus on customers atmosphere and that doesn't appreciate the simple fact they couldn't function without their military; is a greedy, sub par business.Food was not worth the money, don't recommendServers and waitresses top notch though.

Restaurant is overcrowded. Our table was in a doorway. Would much rather have been told they didn't have seating than eat in a doorway. Service was lacking. One of our entrees was forgotten. Missing entree arrived after everyone else had finished their meals.
