Binghamton Hots is a well-run restaurant with consistent quality and a clean environment. The owner clearly cares about their business, and it shows in the amazing food, branding, and staff. They have the best burgers downtown and there’s something on the menu for everyone, including a Pear, Pecan & Gorgonzola Salad and sandwiches like the crispy chicken salad and cheesesteak. The chocolate chip cookie is an absolute standout, and the seasonal pumpkin spice cookie is also to die for. The grilled cheese with bacon and macaroni salad is absolutely delicious and cheaper than chain restaurants.
