I ordered take out twice from here. Both times they forgot an entree. They did give refunds but this service is extremely disappointing considering how good the food itself was.

I love this restaurant! The food is really good and the place smells so good when you walk in. Their oso buco is delicious and they make the best sweet potato pie.

Went to pick up an order and the staff was extremely rude. Once I sat down to eat the food it was stone cold, and I even found a hair in it. I would not recommend this place for anyone who is trying to get a decent dining experience.

My food was gross….the cheese fries looked like a cheese pie and half the fries under all the cheese was uncooked ALSO i ordered jerk wings the wings tasted like straight bbq sauce they were hard n dry and no sauce and my sweet potato pi was tart and hard very disappointed

I’m a truck driver and I was at a truck stop and ordered from here. Oxtail to be exact the food was absolutely delicious amazing delightful. I’ll definitely order again.

Just got a large chicken soup that I was charged $16 for they made the soup with old curry chicken how do you put curry chicken from the day before I should've made my own dam soup will not be going back there again!!!

I love this place! They have the best oxtails I’ve had in a while. And they’re jerk chicken omggggg so good! Everyone here is very nice and the vibes are great.

Ordered brown stew chicken, made the mistake of not checking my order. When I got home and opened my food. I had been given dried out chicken. It didn't resemble any "brown stew chicken" I've had. I was given a jerk leg & thigh
. I'm not a fan of sweet jerk.

I've picked up from here several times for doordash.. this last time I was made super uncomfortable by the girl who handed me the order. She made me feel super unwelcome like I shouldn't even be stepping foot in the restaurant. I went to meet her halfway so she didn't have to hand the order over the consumers sitting at the bar and she told me to stay right there and step back and put her head down. Whether or not she was intimidated by someone of a different race coming in she shouldn't be working in a public place if she doesn't have customer service skills I definitely won't be picking up from there again.

Threw my chicken soup away. It was spoiled. Smelly and bubbling when I received.
I will not buy food from here anymore

They can be pricey but food is ALWAYS good! Although the prices are high, it matches the quality of the dishes. There are many options to choose from as well..So, I wont complain there. I never had an issue with my dishes and service is friendly.

I love this place. It has a New York City atmosphere without having to travel over 3 hours. The food is five star quality. Their oxtails and rice and beans are full of flavor. Some of the best I've had! Their jerk chicken is excellent and flavored well with a mild sweetness and spicy authentic after taste. I've tried their garlic parmesan, kickin bourbon, and jerk bbq wings; all excellent! Fried to perfection and full of flavor. The prices are fair and reasonable and very well worth it. I always tip. They absolutely earn it as well as my repeat business and very high recommendation. You will honestly not be disappointed. I've been waiting for years for this city to have some authentic Soul, Caribbean/Island style food and this is definitely it. Thank you Caribbean Patty World! Salute!
