So sad to have to write this. I have gone here for years and years with my family and what we experienced tonight was awful. I fear for our safety in the food we received. The worse besides the food quality was the manager tonight was rude, unresponsive and cold. Half of my party ordered the clam linguine, white sauce. See photo for what they all received. Water, no flavor and questionable meat. I ordered the filet and felt so robbed. It was sitting under the heat lamp for some time. My plate hot, the inside of my steak cold, with a side of one canned peach and a piece of toast for $30 something. Glasses were contaminated with old lipstick and a dirty table. I have always, always enjoyed this place... what has happened?! To have a manager on duty who rolls his eyes to actual serious issues with our food and storms off, no apologies no skills as a manager it was a joke. He made sure we would never return. You lost loyal customers+ family they would bring. I have to say our waitress was a gem, brought candles for our desserts since we were still starving to help us feel at peace celebrating March birthdays. Still with her genuine assistance we won't return based on whoever that manager was tonight. Didn't even introduce himself or want to right any wrong and hygiene of the restaurant was so concerning. I felt that we were at a chain restaurant that could care less.

It's been a very long time since we've come here. It's just as we remembered it. Friendly service from all of the staff. Clean, cozy environment. Reasonable prices. Fresh quality food. The chefs plate is high on my list right now. Home made spaghetti, sausage, meat sauce, mushrooms and pepper. My heart and belly are happy.
I feel something has changed there with the pizza. It is very inconsistent and seems way too thin . I always regarded their pizza as the best in broome county, I am starting to think twice now. But with that said it is still a very great restaurant and I do love the pizza. I have never had a bad meal there!!

Calamari undercooked. Should be a felony to call what you serve chicken piccata. Chicken parm no flavor. Wait staff.. void of personality. Nothing great for $120. A mistake I’ll never make again. Furthermore.. reading through and seeing the restaurant responses is embarrassing. Excuse after excuse and just plain rude.

The best Italian food I’ve ever had! My husband grew up coming here and we made the 2 hour drive to come for dinner. I’m obsessed. The history, the service, the atmosphere and THE FOOD. Absolute perfection. Thank you to our server Nicole who was AMAZING and so pleasant! Our compliments to the chef..DELICIOUS!
Food was FABULOUS! As good as I remember from over 30 years ago. If I had the free time, (was in town), and funds, I would come here at least weekly.Get variety and selection of choices on the menu.The initial service could have been quicker (had to wait much too long to order), my glass of wine was promptly served, but my water glass remained unfilled until just before my main dish arrived. Waitress did make an excellent recommendation for wine.Easily enough food left over to take home for lunch the next day.Parking: The entrance to the parking lot is NOT on Robinson St (that is an exit) - I had to circle around. Maybe I would have seen it more easily in the daylight. There was plenty of parking in the lot and nearby when I arrived.
