20 minutes in line. Iced coffee and a wake up wrap. After 20 mins is waiting in line to order I get my iced coffee, no straw, and get told to pull ahead snd someone would bring out my wrap. 15 more minutes pass, no wrap. My lunch break is now over and I have to get back to work. 0/10 would not recommend!
They screwed up my order today. Had to go back to try to rectify the situation and was flat out called a liar, and accused of trying to get something for free. Wont ever go back.

Dunkin' provides a great service experience with friendly and dedicated staff, ensuring quick and correct orders even during busy times. The food and drinks are good, and the servers take great care of customers, offering fantastic customer service. Since remodeling, the service is faster, the menu board bigger and easier to read. Customers can use the Dunkin app and pick orders up at the drive-thru window. The workers had to work without a PA system and a line of cars, but they kept their cool and made amazing lattes. Many other stores can't make them right, but these workers showed great teamwork. The Vestal location is full of drug addicts stumbling around, knocking chairs over, laying down, and sleeping all around the property, making the place look scary and feel unsafe.
