I recommend the great customer service and kindness I enjoy the donuts they r tasty and I gotta have my hazelnut coffee for on the go a few times a week 😀 😋
I don't like this Dunkin, it smells funny, the staff, for the most part, are nasty. And the coffee is horrible! I've never been to a Dunkin where the coffee sucks, with the exception of this one!
Drive through is poorly designed. Small signage to indicate where the drive through starts. Line was a little slow, but my coffee was good. 🤷♂

Dunkin' provides a great service experience with friendly and dedicated staff, ensuring quick and correct orders even during busy times. The food and drinks are good, and the servers take great care of customers, offering fantastic customer service. Since remodeling, the service is faster, the menu board bigger and easier to read. Customers can use the Dunkin app and pick orders up at the drive-thru window. The workers had to work without a PA system and a line of cars, but they kept their cool and made amazing lattes. Many other stores can't make them right, but these workers showed great teamwork. The Vestal location is full of drug addicts stumbling around, knocking chairs over, laying down, and sleeping all around the property, making the place look scary and feel unsafe.
