Great food, one of the best restaurants in Binghamton. My server- Ella was able to give top tier recommendations on what to try there and food was yummy. Overall an amazing restaurant with a modern atmosphere. 10/10 only thing is parking is hard to find.

Wonderful experience! One of the co-owners served us and we got talking and we know some of the same people! (That was nice) We had a lovely pho dinner and summer rolls and dessert! Everything is made fresh- so authentic!! Definitely check out Pho Namenal, in Binghamton NY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant! Wonderful owners too!! ❤️

Stopped at this place with my Friend for lunch. I ordered the pork chops, which were good. Reason why I already have 2 stars. However, My friend ordered Pho. (Which he eats all the time where we live) when he took his FIRST and ONLY sip. He did not like it. He immediately told our sever, I do not like this, is it okay if I just order another order or SUMMER ROLES, Will it be okay to take the pho off the bill. Apparently the pho couldn’t be voided. It they could take $3 off. After speaking with the manager, they still wanted him to pay his whole bill for something he didn’t eat. After the manger decided okay, whatever I’ll take it off & don’t come back. Some guy comes from the back making a scene saying you have to pay or I’ll call the cops! Okay! Call the cops! We will sit here and wait.. you can’t make someone pay for something they did not eat. If you go into another restaurant, the manager will come out apologize, ask if there is something he/ she can do and gladly take it off the bill. Cops arrived, basically let us go WITHOUT having to pay for the pho. We paid for everything else but that. Not only did this situation happen, you read he ordered more summer roles and they can take the pho back. Well our server put spring rolls on my bill. Almost made me pay for something I did not order! My friend ordered summer roles! This was a horrible experience, definitely will not go again. So people be careful what you order, watch hour bill closely because regardless if you ordered it or not, they will still make you pay because “they can’t void.” I should also mention, there is a time and okay to play. There servers should be attending there guest, we shouldn’t have to call our server over to take our order when he seen we were sitting for a while. Instead he was playing and goofing around with the bartender. Another server which was a female was the one who kept helping us because he wasn’t doing his job. Philly pho restaurants will NEVER treat you how these managers did. They thought cops were going to help! lol “don’t run” was what the guy told us. Wow, I feel like he was throwing racial shots. You were the one who came out hollering at us, when we were speaking nicely trying to resolve the issue. If I can give zero stars I would. ✌?

I would say it's phenomenal. The pho was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and trendy. I had the pho tai and some wings. The wings were so crispy and delicious. The big bowl of pho was perfectly flavorful and not too hot. I'll be returning here for another phenomenal meal soon.
Don’t recommend… the server messed up my order & one I did get my food there was a piece of hair in it ?? I also asked for extra sauce TWICE and never got it. Wasn’t planning on tipping but they automatically added gratuity. Wasn’t happy about that! Wouldn’t recommend!!! Save your money.

Pho Nomenal was phenomenal! This was my first experience eating Vietnamese cuisine and it was absolutely awesome. We had the wings and spring rolls as appetizers. Then I had pho with flank steak and ribeye and my lady had pho with shrimp. The depth of flavor, the richness and the freshness of all the ingredients make for a truly amazing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. And the service was outstanding as well. Highly recommend. Btw, mix the hoisin sauce and sriracha and add to the pho. Or dip the wings. Fantastic combo!
