Wonderful experience! One of the co-owners served us and we got talking and we know some of the same people! (That was nice) We had a lovely pho dinner and summer rolls and dessert! Everything is made fresh- so authentic!! Definitely check out Pho Namenal, in Binghamton NY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant! Wonderful owners too!! ❤️
Fast and friendly service. My first time here. Not new to Vietnamese foods. This was a wonderful treat on a Sunday afternoon. Pleasant space with easy conversational volume; background traditional music.

Great food, one of the best restaurants in Binghamton. My server- Ella was able to give top tier recommendations on what to try there and food was yummy. Overall an amazing restaurant with a modern atmosphere. 10/10 only thing is parking is hard to find.
