Wouldn’t recommend this location walked up said hi to the girl she just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language then just stood there didn’t speak or even attempt to take my order like if you don’t like your job find something else never had worse customer service I would have rather she been mean and ignorant rather than just ignoring a customer

Staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond!

Food was great as always but the employees are miserable human beings. The tables around me all said the same thing. Specifically the girl cashier Saturday march 29 at 1 ish. Won’t be back.

i went up to grab some pizza pretzel bites and immediately saw the worker on her phone, complaining that she “keeps getting customers and she can’t get [her work] done.” she comes over to take my order and doesn’t ask me about sauces. after i checked out i asked her if i could have a sauce and she throws it on the counter and tells me it’s an additional cost. i paid for it, and left. her additide was disgusting, and i haven’t experienced that level of rude customer service in a long time. food was alright. marinara sauce was cold—and when i sat down to eat i noticed my hands were covered in blue dye. the cup’s blue color was bleeding onto my fingers. idk what that was about but it was getting everywhere.

Supposed to open at 11......pretzels are made and ready and it's 11:15 and the rude employee says I'm not open yet....it'll be a few minutes. Why not just get the sale rather than turn a customer away? Won't be going back.

I’d give 0 stars if I could for service. There are currently 5 people working and zero pretzels available. I asked the girl for the ones they were packaging up as the line was long and I can just wait a minute for them to be ready. She made me get out of line and wait for them to be ready so by the time I re waited in line there were none. Beyond irritating. Clearly these people do not want to work. They were rude to everyone in line especially the cashier. 1 maybe 2 of them were actually working.

I payed for a salted pretzel thinking it would have been made today sadly it tastes otherwise…very disappointing

Delicious pretzels that you can smell as soon as you walk in. It's wild that a pretzels is $7 now... but everything else is expensive too. It's a nice treat once in a while when you go to the mall.

I went up to register to get 3 pretzel bites, 3 cheeses and 3 medium strawberry lemonade. I got told I couldn't purchase any pretzels until they filled the bins and then received my strawberry lemonade warm with no ice. Horrible service ?. And the girl making the pretzels had a bad attitude. I've never dealt with that kind of service from the company.
