Very poor experience and definitely the worst I’ve had at any McDonald’s. Went after the Bills game on Dec 28th and the restaurant looked like a disaster. Trash everywhere. Customers waiting 25 minutes plus for their dine-in orders and the staff clearly overwhelmed. My order was first lost in the shuffle, and then incompletely fulfilled.
Not sure if McDonald’s has given up on uniforms in the States, but everybody was also just wearing whatever they wanted… hoodies and print shirts didn’t exactly convey that this was a professional operation (and the rest of the experience clearly confirmed that).

Food was ice cold after waiting 45 minutes. The pies I ordered also had a time sticker from 9am this morning, and they thought to give those to a customer at 11pm. Pretty sure thats a health code violation, that I will be reporting.

i got the bills meal wasn’t offered or given the option to get sauce so i’m forced to eat a dry meal. bills meal is a pretty good deal though and the service wasn’t horrible, drive thru line was moving pretty fast considering the time of day.

Worst mcdonalds ever. I made a mobile order and half my order is missing I ordered 2 40 piece nuggets and a qt pounder with cheese to feed my family. When my order was delivered I only received 1 40 piece and a quarter pounder with cheese. Hmmm there's a 40 piece missing. I call McDonald's to let them know my food is missing. I am told that it is not there problem it's on doordash who made the delivery. Call them and they can issue a refund yea in 3 to 5 bussiness days (how does that feed my children today). But wait don't the mcdonalds crew put the food into the bag and seal it. So how is it door dashs problem. Sounds to me like it's on mcdonalds for being a bunch of idiots and not paying attention to what's in the bag. What a waste of time and money.
