We love to come here. Our greeter was exceptionally wonderful. Most graders see you with a cane and I don't know. Imagine that you could walk far, even if they see you're in pain. Not this wonderful greater. She sat us close but not embarrassingly close. Being handicapped is hard enough

My mom and I love the 5 Cheese Ziti.
However; after waiting 45 mins for our food, it came out WITHOUT the cheese. Usually it comes out with mozzarella baked on it.
The only cheese it had was whatever the waitress put on it.

It was a small portion, no cheese and the sauce was spicier than usual.
Disappointing.

I will forever shout my love for never-ending breadsticks and Andes candies from the rooftops, but tonight my expectations have been absolutely shattered in the form of the freshest breadsticks, soup, and pasta I have ever had the pleasure of eating in my many years as a patron of Olive Garden. This was compounded by the incredible service I received from Jake, who is an outstanding waiter and should be running the place. Keep it up, OG!

Had the Chicken parm. Sauce is too sour and the chicken was kind of dry & tough. Disappointed with the bread sticks which were hard. They were definitely made earlier in the day and then reheated.

I ordered my food online through their website and when I got the notification that my food was ready I went to pick it up ONLY to wait an additional 20 mins. I ordered the ravioli and additional 16 shrimp they gave me 6!!! My ravioli sauce looked like it had been sitting for hours but yet I just got it. When I called the manager said she’ll send me a gift card and she didn’t of course … I called again for my gift card and NOTHING AT ALL. I basically paid $50 for the worst meal ever only good thing was my son liked his spaghetti lol I throw it away it was TERRIBLE and they wasn’t even packed
