If I could leave zero stars I would. Not only has the service gone drastically downhill at this location (hence why I wanted to apply and help) but I went in for an interview, was hired on and given a start date. My father was ill (they were aware) and unfortunately passed in between the interview and first day. I contacted the store more than 24 hours prior and was told they would issue a new date and everything was fine. The manager was not in at the time and would contact me back. They took my name and number several times. I still had the job. The days came and went with no calls. Not even to tell me they were not having me come back (which makes no sense). Every time I called they were “busy” , “in a meeting” or the manager was not in. Every time they said they would call me back. Everything was fine. I have a full call log of time stamps and proof. I went through all of this just to be told the one manager does not remember speaking to me after telling me “oh yeah! I seen your paper work! I remember you!”. I kept being told they would call and never received that call. After chasing them for 2 weeks, I finally got a manager to answer (me being the one calling), I was then told “Well, we have hired people since then and if something falls through we will call”. I am already an employee. I was already hired and offered the position. I had already been given orientation/video dates. I accepted it and was already suppose to be working. I was already told the position was mine and they would issue a new date and call me back. Everything was fine. Kate/katie hired me the week after valentines day. It is now March 6th and I have called 10 times (literally). I have never had to chase a job before. Let alone a coffee shop job that claims they are always short staffed and overwhelmed. I have stayed at every job for 5-7 years and always wound up working as manager or more.I have never witnessed this before in the work force. The lack of communication with this store/employees/new hires is a nightmare. They hire you on and then claim they “don’t remember speaking to you” or some other nonsense. I was given 3-4 different answers and reasons for why they have not done their job. I should not have to chase a store and remind themTo make a phone call to an employee. This does not leave a good impress And explains why the store is declining like it is. I should have already started and should not have been hired around/have my position just given away (especially since they were made aware), acknowledged what was happening and then told me I still had the position and would get a new date.I also am in the process of filing against the store with cooperate in regards to this. This is not ok. They pulled the rug from under an employee with no contact , regard for time/respect or professionalism. No phone calls explaining. No logical explanation. This is unprofessional, unethical, and plain irresponsible for a large cooperate company like Tim Hortons.Beware. It does not seem like they have the ability or professionalism to hire employers /run a store. This is a very big concern.

I just stopped at this location. I went through the drive-thru. Didn't realize that they didn't put the lid on my coffee all the way. So it spilled all over my legs and car.

This place sucks. They really lack CUSTOMER SERVICE. Almost every employee they have are nothing but snarky little ignorant jerks. If you really don’t like your job then get a new one ….. I don’t appreciate going to a business and leaving the same place with not one issue solved yet “managers” can’t even solve anything for you… what are “managers “ for ? Tim Hortons in WNY IS REALLY GOING DOWN HILL FAST! Guess it’s off too Starbucks I’m sure they are more appreciative and polite then any of these Tim Hortons in derby, Angola, blasdell & hamburg. WNY AREA.

Long drivethru line but it moved along fairly quick. Operator took order repeated it back to me to verify, I got to window all workers multi-tasking! Operator putting together our order then got our payment & we got our order. All product hot-fresh & I can tell a good store manager has replaced & hired a good crew there now! Great job done!Sincerely, a retired RGM

In September of this year, I made a suggestion about Decaf Coffee over ice. I suggested that this site have a pitcher of Decaf in their refrigerator (like other stores I order from) so, that when someone (like myself) orders Decaf over ice, they don't have a terrible tasting luke warm beverage. I asked the female employee if she could suggest it and she said "No, they don't do that here". Is it really that hard to do? I'm forced to drive further just for something that seems so simple when other Tim Hortons sites are doing it.

Absolutely horrible staff and service rude staff cuss at customers don't make and complete orders properly… have had to make several complaints to corporate regarding the staff!! Here at this location to many children working there with no real adult supervision and when complain to the manager she takes the side of the crew as though the paying customer dont have the right to complain if food drinks or service is not up to par the owner needs to really sit and review camera footage as i have been banned for “Threatening” Staff and minors and i have the whole incident on video in my phone where a crew member threatened me and what man is goin to back down on a threat i didn't there was no physical fighting and i didn't threaten anyone and this was in August here we are in November. I’ve been still going there since and because I complained about my coffee after I left they called the police told the police I was threatening them again and they did not want me on the property. As paying customers that work hard for their money our food drinks and service should be great. We should not feel belittled we should not feel threatened. We should not feel like if we say anything regarding our food drinks or service that we will be threatened or told we cannot come back to the store again people need to stand together this type of treatment from People in the customer service environment!!!!

They asked my age...which fyi. (((((Is illegal!))) when I applied. They did not .ask ".are you over 18?" But ..."how old are you?" when I gave my real age, I could tell I was going to be laughed at by the girl or manager who was half my age. The struggle is real ....kids!

I have a suggestion.... I usually order Decaf Coffee over ice. This location makes hot decaf over ice and it's terrible. I suggested that they put decaf in a container and keep it in the cooler like other sites I visit and to ask if they could do that. They didn't seem to understand what I was saying.I do have a comment about a couple of workers at this site. There have been a few rude workers when I visit this site with family/friends. I have one more suggestion... When you work with the public, a smile goes a long way!
