In September of this year, I made a suggestion about Decaf Coffee over ice. I suggested that this site have a pitcher of Decaf in their refrigerator (like other stores I order from) so, that when someone (like myself) orders Decaf over ice, they don't have a terrible tasting luke warm beverage. I asked the female employee if she could suggest it and she said "No, they don't do that here". Is it really that hard to do? The best Tim Hortons I’ve been at in a long time. It is clean, great employees, well stocked with all items. Highly recommend!
First time at this Timmy's and I was impressed with the friendly staff and fast service.
The cafe is very clean inside and out, including the restroom.
