The food is amazing! We've dined in a bunch of times and been super happy every time! This time we ordered take out and it was just as good! Highly recommend. P.S. the chickpea salad is to DIE FOR!!!
My wife and I love this place. The food is terrific and always large portions. We like the changes they are making to dress up the restaurant.

La Monarka Mexican Restaurant offers amazing Mexican food that keeps diners happy every time, whether dining in or ordering take out. The chickpea salad is to die for. Many consider it the best Mexican food they’ve had in a while, with Al Pastor tacos packed with flavor and everything so fresh it reminds them of Mexican food in Cali. Even the chips and guacamole stand above other similar restaurants in the area. First-time visitors receive a quick and pleasant greeting, are seated promptly, and enjoy ample sized portions with lots of parking. The food is the best Mexican in NYS, with everything made in house including the tortillas. The tamales and birria are incredible. The best Mexican in western, NY, they make everything in-house down to their corn tortillas, and have tamales on Fridays and Saturdays that are so good. Guests order the Birria Nachos, El Pastor tacos, tamales, and the Rosa’s Special Birria burrito. The service is friendly, helpful, and very consistent, with great decor inside. They are working on a liquor license. The family is proud of what they do. Leftovers hold up beautifully, cold or reheated.
