6 pm on a Friday, and they were "sold out" of pizza. Absurd in a resort area. Absurd anywhere.Call ahead, I guess, before you waste a trip.

Was in town for an event at The Sagamore, but Friday is our pizza night. Called and ordered a pizza. When I got there to pick it up, they very apologetically said the one they made for us was not up to their standards and it would be another few minutes. Then they gave me a partial refund! Really over and above on the customer service! And the pizza was delicious! Definitely NY style, down to the thin crust. Highly recommend!! Oh - and I but the partial refund in the tip jar ?

First time grabbing food from Trailhead. I alsogot to meet the owners and appreciate the chat we had. The pizza was great. The meatball toppings were awesome. I'll be back.

More than great Pizza. A real treasure of fine Italian Food in the Adirondacks. Chefs Chester and Peyton offer a great high quality experience. In humble surroundings. It doesn't look like more than a typical small town Pizza joint, but there something special here. The pizzas are truly delicious extra care is taken to use the finest ingredients to make fresh properly fermented dough and bright sauces. Fresh Burata instead of pre packed pizza cheese make their Pizzas wonderful. The Italian side is has some great pastas with brilliant sauces. They have some very unusual traditional dishes on offer so be sure to call and ask if there are any specials available. There's amazing salads, entrees and sandwiches on offer with an ever changing variety of specials weekly. Take a look at the menu and if you want to eat there be sure to ask for a table. BYOB. This is the best Pizza and Italian food we have had in the North Country! Worth the trip to Bolton! Enjoy!

Just like Krystal C ... I'm from NYC too and I too know my pizza. She is 100% correct, this pizza place is very very yummy. Doing a drive through Bolton Landing we decided to stop off and grab a quick bite. Very happy to have dine here, no regrets. Will be returning for more pizza.

We ordered a large pie to go. The pizza was as bland as anything you could get from the Frozen freezer section of your supermarket. I was surprised since I'd had read so many good reviews.Be wary of the other reviews, try another place.

Stewart’s pizza is better.TV dinners taste better than their entrees, nothing was fresh. Over priced. Give elsewhere a try before here.

Ordered pizza and my daughter bit into a hard, sharp object. It looked like a piece of a container. Luckily she didn’t cut her mouth. Disgusting!

Excellent pizza. The Bada Bing sandwich is enough for days. I only wished they told me when I ordered that the cc machine was down. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Pizza has the perfect crust, and the food is always on time.
