“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!”

“Are here for dinner and lunch a few times while staying at the resort. The salmon I had for dinner dinner one evening was cooked perfectly medium rare. Delicious. For lunch, we had pizza each time we ate there paired with salads. The pizza at this restaurant is the best I've ever had. It is thin crust and has the perfect blend of cheese and sauce. So light and delicious, it's hard to stop eating it. The service is also top notch, very professional but friendly. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.”

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!”

Took my son out for a mother son lunch date The food was amazing the staff were friendly, and the place was clean.no matter where you sit you have an outside view and get to listen to cool music. I got the Rachel with fries and a cocktail which was delicious my sandwich was tender and soft full of flavor and my drink was perfect. My son go mozzarella. Nuggets and the hot honey Buffalo chicken wings.for desert we tried the monster cookie with vanilla ice cream.We both left stuffed. We will definitely be back to enjoy another meal soon.”

The service is another reason I love this place. Tim, the bartender, always makes sure my drinks are perfect. I’d also like to recognize the Chef, who always goes the extra mile to make my favorite dish exactly the way I like it. You can really tell there’s pride and attention to detail in every plate.

Planning for a group that size can be a challenge, but the team at The Beach Club handled every detail with professionalism, warmth, and flawless execution. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine hospitality and breathtaking views of the lake. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and the setting—right on the water—was absolutely perfect for our summer gathering. Especially since our boys got to fish and swim while we ate and had a great time! Speaking of staff—the service was phenomenal. Madison our server was the absolutely best! She got our food ordering quickly, drinks were constantly refilled and she remember each family by name. She separated our checks flawlessly and was so friendly and wonderful!!! We will definitely request Madison and bring our crew back to the Beach Club next year! If you're looking for a place to host a group in Lake George, look no further. They also sell Lion Farm Cookies at the checkout and those s’mores cookies were out of this world! The staff were all very friendly also.
