“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!”

He had the chicken bacon ranch Mac with garlic sauce and I had the special, bourbon glazed candied bacon burger. my son LOVED the Mac and wants me to buy the cool cast iron dish it was served in. I forgot to tell my waiter how I wanted the burger, but it came out PERFECT! The homemade potato chips were a good surprise too! Carter was our waiter, and you won't be disappointed if you get him! What a nice, patient, pleasant guy! Definitely coming back for another meal. For 2 of us, the bill was extremely reasonable.”

“I have never had a bad experience here with the new owners. Everyone is extremely friendly, nice, and the food is great. If their subs taste fresher and better than the ones in town that specialize in subs and deli services, than that's a testament to them and their food, even being a chain restaurant. “Are here for dinner and lunch a few times while staying at the resort. The salmon I had for dinner dinner one evening was cooked perfectly medium rare. Delicious. For lunch, we had pizza each time we ate there paired with salads. The pizza at this restaurant is the best I've ever had. It is thin crust and has the perfect blend of cheese and sauce. So light and delicious, it's hard to stop eating it. The service is also top notch, very professional but friendly. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.”

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. “Don’t be fooled by this small near poolside eatery—it’s a great spot if you’re looking for something different from the usual pool menu. Their wings and fried shrimp were delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable.

We also noticed a few visitors from outside the resort wandering the property, and this seems to be the place they choose for lunch.”
