Delicious ice cream, more than ample servings, and minimal wait. Plus, the staff was very nice and the location in beautiful Bolton’s Landing is wonderful. A winner!

Four girls excited to have Ben&Jerry’s were very disappointed when they were turned away from three workers who had closed minutes before and two hours early, because “business was slow”. Please change your hours on your website if you are closing early. Six customer’s that will not be back.

We went at 9:00 tonight with a group of kids who were looking forward to ice cream. The worker met us at the door and wouldn’t serve us. She said that since it was slow they were closing early even though they were supposed to stay open til 11:00

I want to compliment this business as the only place that had any kind of covid protections during our trip last week. Unfortunately covid is still a thing and the whole of the Adirondack area has an underlying hostility towards masks now. We appreciate the effort in keeping our kids safe.Aside from that the ice cream is great as always and the staff were kind to my kids. The outside seating is nice.

I had a great time there with my friends I would rather give it 4.5 but I can't. I had great ice cream and so did everyone else except for one the flavor she got was great she got new ice cream and it was great.

Only other place I've seen that requires masks to enter is the local Ben and Jerry's in NJ. I wish I got a pic of the people standing inside wearing their chin diapers. What a joke. We went two doors down to have some ice cream back in America. Just as good for half the price. If you wanna pay extra for the only woke ice cream experience in the area, Ben and Jerry's is the place for you.
Place was mobbed, so much to choose from, good service, great ice cream. Kids loved it and right in the middle of all the restaurants.
