Beyond the Sea absolutely knocked it out of the park. Hands down the best meal we've had in a long time—and we dine out a lot, so that's saying something. The food was excellent across the board, but the real star of the night was Ray. His service was spectacular: warm, attentive, and effortlessly on point without ever hovering. We went all in and ordered every special (clam chowder, swordfish, pork chop, and key lime pie) and not a single bite disappointed. The chowder was rich and comforting, the swordfish perfectly cooked, the pork chop a total showstopper—and the key lime pie? Life-changing. I am officially a believer. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Love this place, love the vibe, love Ray. We'll absolutely be back.

What an amazing experience with phenomenal service. The owner and general manager came over to the table multiple times and could not have been nicer. The food was amazing so much that during our staying at the Sagamore, we ended up eating here multiple nights in a row.  Ps. Get the pork chop. WOW !!

This place was a winner from the very start. Service, food, and atmosphere were all 10 out of 10! Megan was an expert server and Earl was delightful to chat with. Don't sleep on the saw bass or rib eye; both were outstanding!

Our family dined at Beyond the Sea last night and everything was absolutely incredible. Ray, our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and even more personable. It was a pleasure having him as our server. Earl, the manager made it a point to stop by and introduce himself, check in on our dinning experience, and even recommended wine pairings with our entrees we ordered. His suggestions were incredible and even had us try things we would never think would pair well together- but his knowledge on food pairings was unparalleled. The atmosphere , staff, and food were all top notch. We will definitely be back- thank you for a wonderful night out!

The quality of the food was marginal. Scallops were good, but the snapper was frozen. The food was salty including the lobster bisque which was supposedly homemade, but did not taste like it. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Everything was perfect start to finish. From the greeting at the door to our server (Ray) to the owner coming over to see how our meal was...literally our favorite thing about our visit to the Lake George area so far. Filet 10/10, wine and bourbon list 10/10, adorable ambiance...Will visit again just so we can eat here. 💞

What a pleasant and delicious dinner. We were greeted by Maggie, who also served us. The staff is very professional, attentive and friendly, from Maggie to the owner, Dave, who made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. And kudos to chef Andres for preparing a fresh and very tasty dinner.
Exceptional dining experience!!!!! The food was SUPERB as prescribed by our extraordinary server, Ray!!! Service was EXCELLENT!!! Ray was extremely accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable!!!!!! If you see one review of Beyond the sea, let it be this one. First time in Bolton Landing, and had a different dinner reservation booked. Strolled by Beyond the sea during a walk through town, and decided to cancel our original reservation, to switch here instead, and BOY are we glad we did. The ambiance, 10/10, the service, 10/10, the food? 10/10. Our waiter Ray brought such great energy, great drinks and recommended every dish we ordered (sorry to all who don't get here for the pork chop special but it was unbelievable). The owner goes table to table with a great attitude and unmatched energy. If you are in town for a bite, this is the only place I would come back for dinner.
