We loved everything about it but the price! We are from Long Island and often eat in the city so we're not unaccustomed to expensive dining. But some of these entrees were simply over the top. Service and food was excellent.

Our experience at Beyond the Sea was fantastic! Our servicer was terrific, he really took the time and gave great service. The food was excellent the steak and both fish dishes were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service.

We enjoyed a fantastic experience at Beyond the Sea, our go-to special occasion restaurant in Bolton Landing. From the perfectly prepared fritto misto to the lobster ravioli, seared ahi tuna, and excellent filet mignon, everything was perfect. When we made our reservation, we let the staff know we were celebrating a special anniversary -- every member of the team stopped by to congratulate the happy couple. It was an unforgettable evening.

3rd visit, service was outstanding and manager greeted us and was very engaging. Wine selection was good by the glass. Salad was excellent and calamari/shrimp dish was very good. This should have been a higher rating but the ribeye we ordered was just OK. Not bad but an average steak for the price. Not a tough piece of meat but chewy. I make CAB ribeye at home often. So this was an unimpressive cut. AND: Since we were staying at the Sagamore, we opted to split the steak, no leftovers please. We were charged a $10 plate charge on a $70 entree. We thought that this was excessive for the overall meal. Not sure if they'll be a 4th visit.

Fantastic dinner. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food is incredible. Scallops were best Ive had. Sea Bass is very good. Love the apps. Pork Belly is melt in your mouth good. You will spend some money, but well worth it.

On a rainy Monday night in Lake George we spontaneously decided to head to dinner and what a Win we had. This lovely gem of a restaurant in Bolton Landing did not disappoint. It was a raw June night so we ordered the soup. The clam chowder was the best I have had-because of the most tender clams The Caesar salad had a unique presentation and we enjoyed the homeade dressing. Service from Connor and the manager was FUN. They were attentive and had a sense of humor with us throughout the evening. Our entrees and desert were also excellent. We tried the Filet Mignon and Sea Bass. These were cooked to perfection with a light airy presentation. We asked for our desert to-go which we enjoyed at home. ( Key Lime pie and Chocolate layer cake). The next time we visit Lake George from Boston we will be sure t go back.
Deserves 6 stars not 5 . Megan was our server and the service was over the top . Every person we encountered was pleasant beyond words . Owner came to table to thank us . Head Chef visited our table to ask about the meal. Food was amazing . The Chicken Cordon Bleu was better than any that I’ve ever had, bar none . Run, don’t walk to this establishment.
