The Huddle Kitchen & Bar

There's not many places to eat in Boltons Landing so prices are high and here is no exception. My meal was pretty good but not perfect. I thought it was all overpriced slathered in a veneer of high class decor. Take a closer look ans it is really just a hole in the wall dressed up as such.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta. Mac and cheese is tiny. Not worth 26 bucks

The food was subpar. We ordered the French onion soup and left more than half uneaten because it’s was heavily salted and room temperature. The Huddle burger was awful — two rubbery-like burger patties that left a horrible aftertaste — it had white tasteless cheese, two pickles and NO tomato and NO lettuce. It reminded me of food you get in a hospital cafeteria, honestly. Left most of the hamburger uneaten. ?
Lastly, our server (TC) left a worse taste in our mouths than the food. Very cold, not friendly at all l, and it seemed like she was annoyed (even though we chose not to share our disappointment about our food).
Definitely a poor experience and money wasted ….

Our third try. Service is always horrible. This time we were there on a very slow day around 1pm. We were the only customers sitting at the bar. You would think the big hulky bartender would be attentive. He hid in the kitchen and we had to ask the waitresses where he was to get our bill for ONE drink. This place is horrible. Unfortunate cuz they’ve got a great location. But just like every place in Bolton or Lake George, they are relying on tourists who don’t know they suck. A blight on local business establishments, and their reputations. Go to THE BULL HOUSE in Chestertown. Amazing food and fun vibe and only 20 minutes north!!!

The service was so bad, it was mind blowing! The hostess & waitress were so rude, and the service was incredibly slow despite the fact the place wasn’t busy. Way overpriced and the food is bad. The steak sandwich was inedible. It was so tough I couldn’t even bite through it. It was unbelievable how bad it was considering the location and how nice it is with the outdoor seating area.

What a great place! Stopped in on a Thursday night for drinks and a snack and were greeted by live music and seated right away. It's such a cute place and service was excellent. I ordered one of their margarita specials and it was so tasty! The pour was not light either, which I really appreciate, and definitely a homemade mix. The buffalo wings were solid and the dressing is homemade. I would for sure return to have a full meal.

Ate here on vacation with my family. Nice place but overpriced. The food was hit or miss. I loved the Rosa's Pasta with butternut squash and crumbled sausage, but the Mac & Cheese entree was bland and disappointing. Not worth nearly the $26 we paid for it. Kids meals were $15 without fries or a drink.

The hostess working there are very unprofessional we went there and requested a table outside and were told the table was reserved for a dog however no one ever showed up with a dog and they were just rude. They need more employees working there. We waited approximately 30 min for a table then we were seated and no one came to the table for at least 15 -20 min. The bartender was also the waiter. Although he was very helpful he had too much going on to wait tables and bartend. Only one bartender for the whole place. I believe they cater mostly to the locals before the outside visitors because we noticed our table was given to someone who they knew by name and who lived near by which if I’m not mistaken the area thrives on visitors ! They just seemed rude and I would much rather take my business elsewhere.
