“Gas station convenience store converted to gas station DD. Gas station busy, with 1 attendant. About 6 people waiting to get their orders made. No bathroom visible, 1 employee bathroom outside locked of course. Place out in rural area. Stony Brook looks scenic, but this DD appeared pretty sub par. How a gas station got through planning board without public bathroom is 1 legit question, how it got through DD franchise requirements is 2nd legit question.
