Gas station convenience store converted to gas station DD. Gas station busy, with 1 attendant. About 6 people waiting to get their orders made. No bathroom visible, 1 employee bathroom outside locked of course. Place out in rural area. Stony Brook looks scenic, but this DD appeared pretty sub par. How a gas station got through planning board without public bathroom is 1 legit question, how it got through DD franchise requirements is 2nd legit question. As Simon Cowell would say,...
Easy in/out, roadside location. Perfect when you need a coffee pick-me-up when traveling Rte 12 betw Utica and the 1000 Islands region. Staff polite & professional. Only ordered a coffee bc I grabbed lunch over at BK across the street; had about 4+ more hours of driving ahead of me, so I wanted the coffee on hand for the last leg of the trip. Will definitely revisit this location on future trips.
They didn’t have many choices for donuts, but they had plenty of varieties for the munchkins. The service was great! 10/10, way better than the one in Watertown close to the Cracker Barrel. LOL!
