Mexican Restaurants in Bouckville, NY

“I have seen the sign for this place a couple times and wanted to stop in and see for myself how authentically Mexican the food was. Today I had time and I was pleased. The place is clean, the service was efficient and the portions were more than acceptable. If I were going to offer any recommendations it would be to ask directly for the side of salsa I saw in the display case (I forgot to ask) because although the covered burrito was tasty, it seemed more like a marinara than a chili 🌶️ sauce on top and not the kind of spicy I would associate with Mexican cuisine. I’m sure adding salsa would have made a difference. I ordered the Steak Fajita Burrito and asked for no rice (it doesn’t agree with me. They obliged but doubled up on the beans which sort of overpowered the steak 🥩 which was cooked just right. I will go back and try another of the many delicious looking options and ask for salsa next time. (And maybe a little less beans. 😉“
