Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes is horrible! I went there today and order a chicken sandwich and it was terrible. The fries were warm at best and soda machine is extra sweet for no reason. It’s like there trying to give you diabetes in a cup. Please my people stay away from this Popeyes because somethings not right. I will say they’re pretty friendly

I love this place so much every time I go there I enjoy the food and it’s fresh every time I go, Yahir and Aida are the best service there, they treat u with respect and care for ur food, I would 100% go back there again 10/10 Popeyes I’ve been to.

Yahir is the best I’ve seen working in Brentwood, I love his attitude and working experience he has, he deserves a raise dude is actually crazy also the food was the best I’ve ever tasted which is this Popeyes

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at the Brentwood Popeyes location. I order from Popeyes quite often, but this visit was completely unacceptable. I paid for a 24-piece wing order, but when I opened the box, I found that they had shorted me and only provided 21 wings. Not only was the order incomplete, but the server seemed to have purposefully selected the smallest wings possible—they were absolutely tiny and barely had any meat on them.

To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. Several of the wings were severely overcooked, dry, and practically inedible. But the absolute final straw was finding a piece of plastic mixed right into the box with my food. That is a massive health and safety hazard and shows a complete lack of care from the kitchen staff. Paying for missing food, getting poor quality, and dealing with unsafe food practices means I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

I love this place so much I enjoy, the customer service they be giving u is something else especially the kid that starts with Yarir sum like that idk what his name was but he was very sweet I love Luz and Leo too very nice people an deserve a raise if they haven’t gotten one yet

Vimla was fantastic! I was greeted the moment I walked in, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The Brentwood Popeyes Location on long Island has to be the worst. I live in Brentwood but when I my Uber app it chooses the closes Location. I made mistake of not going through my Popeyes app and ordering directly from the Popeyes, Central Islip Location or even the Wydanch location because I received burnt and overcooked biscuit, a small fries instead of large. Overcooked and Hard chicken not tasty At all. I truly feel like driving back to Popeyes and asking for a refund because thats how disappointed I am. No care went into quality of food thats delivered to me.
