Worst experience ever. I had placed my order through the kiosk, and I was going to pay with cash. I was waiting for someone to notice me as I was standing there. One of the ladies did notice and told me that the manager was going to get there soon. The manager got there and ignore me completely, as he started talking to some delivery guys and started to talk about how one of them looked hispanic. I was just there standing, so i left.

Horrible place. I went yesterday February 16th around 7pm. I was waiting at the cash register and the lady kept looking at me. The lady gave me an attitude for wanting to pay in cash. She did not give me my cup for my meal that I paid for either. Later as we’re dining in, my friend noticed her phone was missing. The same lady who attended us earlier had her phone, didn’t have the intentions of giving it back because we were still in the building eating. Than later that night we found out the employees were playing with her phone and picking up phone class from her phone. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

If I could give no stars I would. Been to this location 3 times and they always mess up the orders or give horrible quality food for example like 3 pieces of chicken on a chalupa or when ordering special requests they don’t stop and read it to give good quality food. Some of these workers are sloppy as well and don’t care for how the food looks when giving to the customers. In addition, they don’t make the food warm enough and when placing it online they forget the condiments ALLL THE DAMN time not just from my experience but from people I know as well that have come here. I am officially giving up here and going to other locations in neighboring towns and hope someone finds this review helpful ! Management team needs to perform a strict training or fire these kids or micromanage to have a better customer loyalty and more revenue
