The drive thru staff could not hear me, so I stated my order in a louder voice. Then I got to the window and asked for the change first because when they put coins on the bills, they slide off and hit the ground. The staff person informed me that I don’t need to be rude. I asked what he was talking about and he closed the window. Not going there again, for whatever reason, I’m sure they will be glad to hear it. Way to do business guys.
