Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went to Applebee's after ages. In the past for vegetarian, they would just replace meats with beans or veggies incl in quesadilla. Asked for the same with light cheese. The order came with chicken! Horrible! As I always check, I noticed right away. The woman apologized profusely and got another order. But this time it was full cheese instead of light cheese. I took 2 bites and left the rest. The drink was good but won't be visiting again.

I ordered the rib eye, medium rare. With potatoes and veggies. The meal came out , steak was well done, they took it back and left the rest of the meal. By the time I got the recooked rib eye, I had finished the sides.
Ribeye is one of my favorites to order anywhere, even at home.
I have say it was cooked right this time, except it
was the worst Ribeye I have ever had.
Half of it was all grizzle and so tough you could not chew it.
Our waitress was very nice and running like crazy. She was the only one on in the bar booth area. We did tip her very generously.
I didn’t bother saying anything about how terrible that steak was, it had to be evident by the plate full of grizzle.
Would never order another steak from them again..

Family likes going here I have to say I never have an issue as we stop in a few times during the year

My husband and I wanted to find a local place to watch the knicks VS Celtics game. We called and confirmed with John that they will be showing it on one of the many TV’s. And they did.

We had server named Isabella V, who was wonderful. Very attentive and sweet. Will return and request her for any future dinings at this establishment.

I got the Asian salad with extra dressing. Absolutely delicious.

Food outstanding, service great, atmosphere enjoyable.Thanks also to Den and Michelle.
Bathroom 5 stars, so clean. Thank you.

Messed up order

very mediocre food

I waited for an hour and a half and they never attended to me.

I’ve been coming here for the past year due to working in the area and I’ve had numerous issues from my food being messed up/wrong 3+ times, Ordering curbside and having to wait 10 minutes just to be told it’s not ready yet (15 mins after it’s expected time) and finding hair in my food atleast twice. Honestly ridiculous how unprofessional this location is.

We had a great experience with Gilda as our server. Definitely recommend the Brewster location. The manager Michelle was very kind as well, checking in on us to make sure everything was just right.
