My new favorite diner. Cute diner with good views. Food is fantastic. The best hash browns I've ever had.

A traditional American diner! Long wait times during busy hours but the food was worth it. One grill, one cook. I was sure to give my compliments at the end.

Fantastic breakfast food in a friendly atmosphere where everyone seemed to know everybody else's names. This is exactly what a diner should be. We were passing through while biking the Empire Trail and will happily come back next time we find ourselves in Brewster.

This was my first time at Bob's Diner. As soon as my partner and I entered, it weirdly felt like I've been there thousands of times before. From the friendly waiter to the amazing atmosphere to the GREAT food it was all an amazing experience. Hearing the regulars try to figure out the crossword of the day across tables was such a weird joy to hear and know the comfort that this diner brings to people. I personally had the Grateful with cinnamon raisin toast (they ran out of whole wheat but i didn't mind) and hashbrowns (which btw were cooked to perfection) and an unsweetened iced tea, which was also very good. My partner had the Really Hangry with coffee , blueberry pancakes and a side of half an avocado. He ate everything off his plate and we basically sat in silence just enjoying our food (you know food's good when you got nothing to say AT ALL lol). Coffee was classic diner coffee nothing to complain about though as it was strong just like my partner likes it. He also ordered (classic) eggs benedict he LOVED the hollandaise sauce (this was supposed to be his to-go order for later on but he tried one bite and devoured it ALL). We also got my brother in law a rodeo burger to go, he said it held up perfectly and the addition of the BBQ sauce was great, although the onion ring was a little too thick for his liking but overall my dream is to become a regular at Bob's. I will definitely be back.
(they close at 2pm and we had no idea, we stayed until 1:53PM calmly without them rushing us to leave)
